Clean and tidy (new or recently upgraded?). Good value for money.
Couldn’t find the road on my satnav. Followed signs to hotel but missed it as it is down a side road (the impasse not on my satnav) behind the trees with no signs at the turn off (unlike the Kyriad hotel which is opposite and well sign posted). Hey, I found it second time round so no big deal!

Nothing to complain about

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was perfect and breakfast room was clean bright and airy.
Room was quite small for 3 of us and the bunk bed wasn't made up (and was very difficult to make because of the way the beds are positioned)

The price was low. But at what cost??
Starting from rokm door (which was hard to open and close), to how the personnel was behaving, to the fact that rhe reception was closing every evening at 21.00 and I was thrown out during my work activity (the lady even put a chain on the sliding doors, to prevent the space being used). Then rhe fact that there are families living there permanently and they do not always pay attention to silence or other things.
The balcony door did not close well and since it was frost outside it was a problem.
In the pictures the rooms and the hotel did not look that bad.
Then the smells - on the hallways or other places smelled like rotten cheese...
Simply put - the worst hotel I even accommodated into!

Helpfulness of reception staff; excellent shower

no facilities for hot drinks in the room
kept hitting my head against the bunker bed above
noise from the car park outside

We've stayed here a few times now and would choose to stay again. The price is good for the room/hotel, it's small but very comfortable for one night, parking is good and it is convenient and close to where we want to go. The staff are friendly and the bed very comfortable and a good powerful shower.

Very grumpy staff when we arrived..but the new team the next morning lovely as usual
Our room was fine but the toilet was not working, this should have been checked when cleaning done...there was no water filling the tank..poor house keeping...breakfast was advertised as included when I booked with booking...com was not included..the breakfast was not up to usual standards..

The size of the room, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the receptionist was great upon arrival, the shower was also brilliant; hot and just the job. all in all fantastic and we’ll be back next year before we board the early o’clock ferry
Thank you

A simple, yet comfortable and entirely suitable hotel for an overnight stay. Close to the Ferry port at Ouisterham which was one of the main reasons for choosing this property. We have stayed here many times before and are very happy with what it offers.

location, parking
had to make own bed (in a triple room), only 1 very small pillow. hot!

Friendly&helpful staff. Easy route to ferry terminal. Quiet location. Free parking. Easy drive to restaurants at Ouistreham
Perhaps bathroom facilities could do with updating but they were clean and towels and soap provided. Not much in the way of restaurants around but in house pizzas looked good

Booked last minute when one of our motorbikes broke down just outside Moulins while touring. There was secure parking for our other motorcycle, and it is ideally placed for visiting the historical sites around Moulins along with some lovely cafes and bars. The staff were very helpful in letting us extend our stay on a day by day basis until our bike was repaired and they even helped by calling the repair shop for us and translating when we wanted an update. Everything was very clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we are in the area.
Nothing
