Good stay close to the airport- Reccomend

Clean room and hot shower. Offered airport pickup for a small fee. Excellent communication with the staff.

Perto do aeroporto

Realmente é bem perto do aeroporto. Quarto confortável, cama boa e chuveiro forte. Estava bem limpo.

Acho que o ponto negativo é a escada, muita escada. Se você chegar durante a tarde, o quarto vai estar muito quente e ate o ar condicionado gelar, demora. No mais, vale a pena pelo preço.

It was clean and safe. A good way to begin our trip.

The bathtub was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. It was lovely to enter a cool room. Thanks for that. A tea kettle would be a nice addition.

I didn’t like stepping up to go into the bathroom. Or stepping down when leaving the bathroom in the middle of the night. I could not call or email the front desk, that was inconvenient.

Clean, comfortable accommodation situated very close to the airport. The airport pick up service was fantastic - quick and easy which we appreciated as we arrived at midnight. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even helped get us back to the airport and waited for us when there was a problem with our flight at 1am!

Very close to the airport, great security, perfect for a one night stop over for the airport.

Rooms were a bit mouldy, there isn’t much happening in the location but we just needed it for the airport.

Conveniently located near the airport. Communicated well both before arrival and upon arrival. Shuttle arrived promptly.

Affordable, clean, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone at this low cost.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all my questions. The location was close to the airport and the inhouse transportation was great and affordable. The location was on a quite street with no traffic noise or pollution.

There was no negatives that I can think of. The taxi from the bus station had a problem finding the location. I would use the inhouse transportation and book a pickup when I next visit Guayaquil and require a hotel.

Very good

Christian was amazing. A genuine person who cares about his job. Facilities were spotless. Would stay there again, hopefully next time there wont be a family of 16 staying there! Overall a great place with great value.

Bed could have been a bit bigger.

Friendly and budget friendly hotel

The people were very friendly and they even picked me up from the airport for a small extra fee. Very budget friendly and close to the airport.

I was on the third floor so my poor old knees. The room was small but I chose it. I could have chosen a larger room.

Fantastic value for money and super friendly staff!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. No problem was too much for them, the receptionist recommended me local shops to buy food for the evening from. The shuttle from the airport arrived quickly and Cristian was super friendly and accommodating for my lack of Spanish skills! The room was very clean and the inclusion of free WiFi and streaming services such as Netflix was great!

I would have liked a bedside lamp so I could read a book before sleeping without having the main light switched on as it is a little bright. But it really isn't a large problem at all!

Bed was decent and the staff friendliy.

The 10 minutle wait to be picked up at the airport was really 27. Wanted to recharge my tablet and phone...the only outlet that worked was in the bathroom. Yes, I did try the the one that the TV was plugged e. Dead. I'd start here again but the internet is slightly faster than dail up

But the roof from the bathroom was dirty black with damp. the tables were quite dirty where you eat the breakfast.

Good for a one night stay

Very modern, clean, close to the airport.

Internet did not work. They offer airport and bus terminal pick-up and drop-off and shortly before I arrived, when I was telling them that I would like to use the pick-up service, they increased the price. Not that nice of a gesture, so I took an uber, which is about half the price.
