Muy agradable

Desayuno buffet muy rico y fresco. El lugar donde se toma el desayuno es muy agradable. La ubicación es excelente, cerca a centros comerciales y bancos.

Algunas personas pasaban hablando fuertemente por los pasillos en las noches y se alcanza a escuchar.

Didn’t meet my expectations

I liked the room and the location of the hotel

I did not like the breakfast. It says it included breakfast buffet however the options are basically the same everyday and very limited. Not as extensive options as before and the price is still the same. They had the exact same breakfast 2 days in a row. It sucks since you’re paying $16 for a buffet which means they should have extensive options.

Todo estuvo perfecto! Sin duda cuando regrese a Guayaquil me volveré a quedar en el hotel!!

Me encantó que hay servicio de transporte al aeropuerto (para esto me puse en contacto con el hotel mediante esta app, para indiciar la hora en la que llegaría) . Me encantó que el personal es muy amable, la comida del restaurante estaba muy rica, y las instalaciones en perfectas condiciones.

Excellent breakfast, the room was a bit small for a king bed, but overall very comfortable and quiet. The staff and the location were excellent and within easy walking distance of Mall de Sol.

The room needed bedside power outlets.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and located near a beautiful mall which has everything available Shuttle to the airport. Fabulous restaurant and bar on the top floor

Good place to stay when work traveling to GYE

The new restaurant (Magnolia) at the hotel roof has an amazing Shrimp ceviche. Good bed and shower. Silent room. Excellent breakfast.

Always worth a visit

Excellent stay - we asked for late check-out, was granted without charge. Breakfast on 8th floor sensationel - very friendly staff. heated up the jacuzzi for us.

Jacuzzi area is a bit dirty and very loud
