The hotel has rooms lower priced and higher priced. I had been in both and the little extra is worth

The hotel is excellent when it comes to be close to the airport. There is an excellent little restaurant called "El Gourmet de Juan" a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It serves excellent breakfasts and lunches (only) and the food there is so delicious and cheap that revisited the hotel again just to be close to that restaurant for a delicious breakfast.

Ours was a quick stopover - had it been longer we would have left because our room was not good.

Check-in was easy and speedy. Breakfast was good. You can have a beer from reception if you wish.

Old furnishings long overdue a change. No waste basket in the room. No fire safety procedures in evidence. WiFi is not reliable at all - every device needs a visit to reception. Not enough towels. They should be per person surely. We had one bath towel.

Superb

The hotel is close to the airport, and also close to a big mall. There are restaurants nearby with good food. The hotel has good food as well.

The WiFi service is VERY poor. I went to the mall and got a sim card for my phone to generate a hot spot to get internet service for my computer.

good location, no frills place

close to the airport. it is still a good long 3 blocks and pedestrian bridge over the highway but it is close and worked for my purposes.

it was sooooo noisy. the hotel can't help it. they are on an extraordinarily busy corner, highway really. I stayed here 3 nights and after the first night, I asked to be moved because I had next to no sleep, even with the AC on and my phone's white noise app. i was moved to a room with no windows which was bigger and i didn't even care that there was no natural light because at least it was quiet. I found it hard to get food in this neighborhood. nothing was open, if it was around, and the hotel's restaurant was by 'reservation' only for dinner -which I wasn't offered the opportunity to make a reservation anyway. the breakfast was okay. nothing hot, just some bread rolls and instant coffee.

No shuttle

The staff

They claim to have an airport shuttle on bookings.com I called from the airport 5 or 6 times and they never answered. When I go to the hotel they told me they don't have a shuttle. The staff was great, I can't say enough about them, but the managment shouldn't advertise shuttle if there is no shuttle
