Good

Very convenient. We stayed only for one night before the airport. Location is close to the MRT and main station.

Overall good

There was one male staff that was exceptionally good. He was very attentive and was able to fix the power issue in our room.

Some parts of the bathroom could be cleaner. It would have been good to have been able to open the window in the shower area, as the fan was not strong enough.

The location is accessible where near Taipei train station. The room size is ok.

🥲There is wifi provided but it’s very weak so we need to use our phone data even in the hotel rooms. 🥲 We couldn’t charge our devices as the sockets are damaged. Just one socket worked.

Very central a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around

How is it possible that a hotel charge you a deposit for your room yet when you arrive there they still charge you the full amount even through you pay a deposit and then they tell you once you leave the hotel they will refund your money in 10 to 14 days???

The location is convenient and easy going! Especially the counter staff are really nice and helpful. The air conditioner is also very strong.

Friendly staff and good location.

Easy access to Taipei main station. Friendly staff with explanations of nearby restaurants / food. Can leave your luggage here and got the laundry service (with additional pay) Free welcome snack in room and coffee at the common area. Just the room space not enough big

Disappointed and dissatisfied

The beds were not clean, even though I reported it to the staff in the first 2 days. But they still didn't take any action to make us feel comfort in the last 3 days days. Besides, the arrangements of the hotel staff also improper.

there are insects and spiders on the wall and table, i have changed for two rooms and all are still having these insects. the young female receptionist even asked if i mind to sleep with these insects. awful experience, originally booked for four nights but i cancelled and they refunded three nights for me only. i have to change hotel during midnight

Location, free coffee and tea, comfy bed, automatic toilet with seat warmers

no cleaning service if you stay for fewer than 3 nights, having to empty trash bins by ourselves, asked for towel change but they never got changed

Great location, decent stay.

Great central location, fancy bidet toilets and a nice complimentary gift basket.

The rooms are starting to look a little rough around the edges and the cleaning was a little spotty. There were marks on the bedside table that hadn't been wiped down and hair in the shower.

Good location, comfortable and reasonably priced stay! Will recommend!

Breakfast was provided as part of the hotel stay, and it was pretty yummy! Was surprised by the state of the room, very clean and comfortable and it looked new. Toilet was also very clean. Room layout made it comfortable to lay out 2 open luggage.

Toilet and shower area was smaller than expected, however both were very clean so didn't have any major issues with the size. Lifts took awhile to come and the lifts were pretty small but this wasn't a major issue as long as you cater sufficient time to checkout and leave the hotel.

value stay and good for first timer to Taipei

convenient, at the heart of Taipei. 5 mins walking distance to Taipei main station.

the hotel only do house keeping alternate of the day. Wall is a little thin and also lack of privacy ( windows are facing to the next building very close)

It’s good value for money , would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect! Everything was nearby such as Department stores, 7/11, local restaurants, parks & public transport.

not spacious but served its purpose of a comfortable sleep.

Reasonable stay that could be better

The location is good, within walking distance from Taipei Main Station and Ximending. many food places nearby. comfortable hotel of reasonable size

no room cleaning for 4 nights of stay which was surprising for me, we had to leave our rubbish bin outside our room for someone to come empty it. we have to bring dirty towels to the reception in exchange for new ones ourselves. this is disappointing as we opt for hotel stay cos of room cleaning
