I love that snack and beverages are unlimited during our stay. Reception is very accommodating especially Spencer. Linens are changed daily and the room are neat everyday.

room was clean, size okay, near xi men ding, next to family mart, bidet, free refreshments. i was afraid it would be a dodgy hotel but i saw a lot of families throughout my stay so it's fine.
bathroom (when door is closed) is extremely small. towels literally touching toilet bowl when closing shower door. smoke smell was extremely strong at corridor and seeped into the room. gave me a really bad sore throat and fever at the end of the stay. hair dryer was uk pin w uk voltage (>220v) so when used w taiwan voltage (110v)- barely any heat/air.

Location, people
Always hearing others to bang their room doors

The facilities were great, complimentary snacks and drinks which were much appreciated to try some local snacks and the water was much needed for our summer visit. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable, recently renovated and a new Aircon which was great.
We enjoyed the stay so much that we cancelled our other hotel stay and booked the Via Hotel Taipei Station instead.
The rooms are a little small but this is to be expected as the hotel is good value for money.

Nice staff, welcoming and friendly. Location is perfect with two metro lines within walking distance and lots of shops, restaurants and culture. The room was of an adequate size with bathroom with nice walk in shower, good cleaning, free snacks downstairs.
The bed was only 1.90 x 140cm, which is not of international standards, especially when staying with two. Even for me staying alone, being 1.94cm tall, this meant it was not comfortable. Furthermore my room on the back of the building had multiple airco's on the outside, which meant the continuous sound of buzzing day and night.

Great location, close to everything you need.
The walls are extremely thin. We could hear people snoring from the other room which is really disturbing.

So far none

Great location, very quiet, and fantastic amenities. The extra kits and snacks were a nice touch! The staff were very helpful and friendly as well.
As they noted, the room did not have any windows. It was quiet but I would not recommend for those who suffer from claustrophobia.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Facilities are clean, well kept. Good shower and bed.
The price was a bit high, probably because of new year's eve.

The location was superb and only a short walk from the metro station. There are convenience stores and a Watsons outlet right beside the hotel. Many eateries too. The room is clean and quiet. I had a restful stay at the hotel

The staff who works in the afternoon shift was helpful and polite.
Mould can be found everywhere inside the hotel room. There was mould in the shower, on the wall, on the window frame and near the basin. The carpet looks dirty as well. Soundproof was bad. I could hear people banging the door every night. I stayed in Via Hotel Ximending around 10 years ago. I knew the quality of this cooperation. I stayed there cause there were just a few hotels accepting guests right after their 14 days quarantine. I hoped they have improved but that’s not the case.

Our room was clean, bright, breezy, and spacious enough to accommodate a small chaise lounge and an extra chair for more seating options. The room was thoughtfully laid out with anything you would need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was very nice and had modern/techy touches. Overall, the common areas were very clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the variety of great snacks all throughout the day and for the free laundry when we needed it. The staff are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned for our final evening after coming back from travelling the rest of Taiwan. Location was good - near public transportation, restuarants/eateries, shopping, provisions, and less than 10 min walk to Xiemending.

Everything is great, all that they provide are with thoughts of what a customer would like to have. This is the most enjoyable hotel i had ever stay. Nice clean rooms, nice massage chairs, nice snacks & food including ice cream and local tea eggs! All free...for customer to enjoy. I am amazed by their service!
Location wise need to walk alittle but having a family mart right downstairs somehow make it a little better haha..

Enjoyed the hotel stay tremendously. Centrally located to many MRT stations, not just the Taipei Train Station. Loved the self service refreshments room and the laundry room facilities. Staff does an excellent job keeping the rooms and the common areas clean.
Loved the nicely designed, space efficient bathroom. Got to give a thumbs up for the heated toilet seat!!!
This is a first/developed world problem (and not a complaint): the laundry room is located on the top floor that is accessible only by taking the stairs from the floor below. The steps are rather steep and could pose as a safety hazard if one was not careful coming down.

The location is Like a mid point between Ximending and Taipei Main station. There are many shops and eateries around. There snacks, drinks and soft serve available within the hotel throughout the day.
