위치. 가성비 좋아요~

위치는 더할나위없이 좋아요. 타이페이 메인역 복잡한데 z2 출구로 나가면 바로 앞입니다. 다만 계단이라 짐있으면 힘들어요.이 출구 좀 지나서 왼쪽에 보면 엘베 있어서 타고 올라갈수 있어요. 나가면 신광백화점쪽이라 편해요. 신광백화점 바로 옆 건물 19층이 호텔입니다. 객실 넓고 전망도 좋아요. 아주 멀리 타이페이101 타워도 보입니다 ㅎ 객실에 냉장고 있고 테이블도 있어서 뭐 간단히 사다가 먹기도 좋았어요. 근처에 아침식사 가능한 맛집도 많고 이** 세프 추천 새우만두 식당이랑 후추빵 맛집도 워킹 디스턴스입니다. 직원들 친절하고, 라운지가 완전 잘 되어 있어요. 라운지 냉동실에 얼음 늘 채워져 있고 커피머신 커피도 훌륭합니다. 라운지는 24시간? 개방인거 같고 시원하고 깨끗합니다. 숙소 가격 생각하면 더 이상이 없지 싶네요~ 다음에 또 오게 되면 다시 묵고 싶어요.

청소시간이 좀 늦어요. 체크아웃 시간이 12시라 그런것 같지만 시내 숙소 선택한 이유가 중간에 쉬러 들어오고 싶어서 그런건데 3시 넘어 들어와도 청소 안되어 있는 날이 많았어요. 5시까지는 다 한다고 하더라구요. 다행히 라운지 잘 되어 있어서 기다렸다가 청소 다하면 들어가면 됩니다. 그리고 개인적으로 베개가 좀 낮았어요. 큰 거울이 입구에 있기는 한데 드라이하거나 화장할 때 거울이 없어서 좀 불편했어요. 욕실에 콘센트가 있기는 한데 비데 전원이 연결되 있어서 빼고 사용해야 합니다.

Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. The refrigerator made a weird noise all the time though haha.

The location was great and the view was quite nice.

It was very difficult to locate at first. I couldn’t find signs for it anywhere and I went in circles many times before someone directed me to a specific set of elevators and told me the hotel itself was on the 19th floor.

This short trip to Taiwan, we stayed in Sky19 2x. Stayed was ok.

1) Location, location, location! 2) The size of the room 3) Water pressure & hot water is good

1) Rooms not clean enough 2) Found a cockroach running around 3) Rooms are dated 4) Corridor carpet looks so old & worn out! 5) Couple of day shift staff are ok & helpful but there’s 1 guy not helpful & friendly at all

今度も泊まりたい

台北駅地下街からすぐ。本当にロケーションが良いです。天気がもし悪かったとしてもほとんど心配いらない距離。周辺の環境も１階にはコンビニ、隣には三越（地下にはフードコート）、裏手にはローカルフード店が沢山。食べるもの、食べるところに困りません。お部屋も広いし、お湯もしっかり出ます。私の部屋は浴槽もありました。あと、私は滞在が短く使用しませんでしたが、ランドリーも無料で使用できるそう。必要十分、快適です。

スリッパは自前で用意することをお勧めします。

Comfortable stay, other than the minor pest problem

Good location, comparatively bigger room than other hotels in the area. Provides washer/dryer

Mosquitos in the room (dont know where they came from; killed at least 2 per day in my 7 nights stay) 1 baby cockroach (which we managed to kill, and hoping that was the only one)

I would give it a 5 star if the bidet worked properly

The location is very good. Near the Taipei train station. My room is larger than I expected. It's clean and neat. The bidet didn't work. I called the front desk in order to fix it. I like the help yourself coffee maker provided in the social room. It has a laundry room for guests to wash the laundry. Yet, it's always busy and I need to take a number

The carpet is old and looked filthy. The laundry room is busy and long waiting when I try to do laundry.

1.距離車站很近，就在對面。 2.房間空間算蠻大的，還有沙發和小桌子，插座也蠻多的。 3.有全身鏡。 4.免治馬桶。 5.交誼廳有免費咖啡。

1.隔音真的有待加強，竟然聽得到隔壁的說話聲，冰箱也時不時發出噪音。 2.浴室洗手台竟然沒有熱水。 3.床不是很好睡，就是很一般硬硬的那種。

Very handy location.

Great location. Easy access from Taipei main station. Super convenient with the shops at the door step. Love the free laundry service, what a bonus!

Being on the 19th floor inside a communal/business building, we had to wait for a little while for the lifts during office hours, there are many lifts though.

Comfortable and convenient

Good value for a 3 star property. It’s not a full fledged hotel (just a floor of rooms on the 19th level on what seems to be a commercial building) so there are not many facilities except for a common lounge / dining area and a laundry room (free!). Room is spacious and housekeeping is clean and efficient. Bed was a little hard but overall a comfortable stay. Location is convenient - opposite Taipei Main Station and next to a department store. Many nearby eateries and walking distance to National Taiwan Museum.

The shower area is a bit small as much of the space is occupied by a bathtub and the area is only partially enclosed so it’s easy to wet the non-shower area.

Good location and facilities!

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was very central, just opposite Taipei Main Station with many food options in the area. Washers and driers were available for use and staff were helpful too!

The hotel was difficult to find at first. The rooms were not soundproofed enough, I could still hear the neighbours

Conveniently located at Taipei main station. Staff were friendly and helped us to receive our package even before our arrival when asked. You can choose to order the local goodies from the hotel too and have them delivered to the hotel.

Bathroom might seemed a little old as compared to the bedroom.

Good Location Nice Room

I love location, facility, big space in room, good toilet with warm toilet seat and bathtub. I had free coffee in the morning everyday 😃♥️

First day there was a cigarette smell in room. But when I spray the deodorant, the smell disappears.

Superb

The location was very ideal- it is across taipei main station so very accessible. Spacious enough for 3 people. staff were very accommodating in terms of luggage storage before and after check out. There is also a lounge and toilet that can be used after check out. kudos sky19! 😊

Convenient but photos make the place look better than it is. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was conveniently located. Right next to all the trains and you could walk to a lot of places from there.

-the bed was very firm -there was mold in the bathroom -room smelled moldy -in general not very clean -we had a leak from the ceiling. It was yellow water. -the lobby was also very dirty with stained carpets and such. -dirty towels

Enjoyed the stay. Will certainly stay here again in future trip.

Very convenient location to access bus and train services. Lots of food just around the corner. The staff were helpful and checked me in smoothly. The room was big for the price.

The bed was big enough for a 6.1 & 250 ponds man, and the bed was really comfortable. By the way, the smoking area was awesome too.

The bedroom of my room was kinda too small for a big man. when I was taking a shower, I couldn't stand up straight.

Location close to the Taipei main station and busy market streets nearby was great. Despite the hotel being on one floor in a tall building the elevators were never backed up. Bathtub was big and had very hot water. The mirror wall decorations were modern and sleek.

The hotel entrance was difficult to locate. We walked in a side door accidentally (where Google maps told us to go) and had to ask a guard how to get to the hotel elevator. There's no signage on the building showing the correct entrance. The hotel lobby was cluttered and disorganized but staff were nice and helpful. The hallways felt kind of dusty and dirty. The room wasn't dirty but there were random scuff marks on walls and the ceiling and it just felt very old with a slight attempt to keep it updated. The room's balcony was tiny and basically useless.

Comfortable Stay

Great location. Room was spacious & clean. Aircon could be set to heater mode to deliver warm air which made the room very comfortable during the cold season. Taipei 101 could be seen in the distance when the weather was good. Staff was friendly & professional.
