The room was comfy, clean, and has a great view; the staff are friendly and accomodating; the location is a bit outside the main area of Nusa Dua, but you can see the Bay of Bali; the pool area was nice, and the Homerun Cafe has yummy food.
The rooms aren't very soundproof & get noisy in the early morning; the place overall is quite rundown (the rooftop area was abandoned); internet is unstable.

Friendly staff especially the waiter in the restaurant.
Dirty room and bathroom. Hair on toilet, sink, floor. Had to asked for it to be cleaned again but not much better after that.

Room was spacious enough and the hotel has a pool table
We were told we could get breakfast at the property for 100k each. We ended up getting charged 250k each for breakfast. I got the avocado toast and asked if I could have scrambled eggs with it which they said was fine. They brought me out a full fry instead of just scrambled egg and charged me for a full breakfast. I'm a vegetarian so couldn't even eat anything other than the eggs which is all i wanted anyway. Same thing happened to my companions ie asking for something additional, been given not what we asked for and paying through the nose. The shower was freezing and took a very long time for anyone to come look at it. We had been to the gym (not in hotel btw) and needed showers before we could do anything else that day so we were really held up waiting for the shower to be fixed thay day. Staff were not helpful. The location is not in walking distance of much in the line of bars and restaurants. When they cleaned the rooms the towels they gave us had holes in them and the bedsheets were stained. Walls are so thin we heard our neighbours having an argument one night which woke us up and they were not even shouting just speaking louder than usually.Very overpriced, you could gey somewhere in bali way cheaper and much nicer would not recommend this place and would not return here bad experience overall.

Staff were extremely helpful and helped us print paperwork for our visa extension. Good location for the immigration office and what we needed it for. Nice pool and nice breakfast. Good size room.
Not very good location for tourists if visiting Bali. Balcony looked out onto busy main road.

For the price range and the proximity to Nusa Dua resorts the hotel had a good value for money and nice amenities.
The breakfast wasn’t the best, not a lot of options. The staff wasn’t the most efficient. After asking for a earlier check in the staff told me that the room wasn’t ready and then at the time set for the check in they asked me to wait even more time. And the hotel was far from fully booked. Also when asked about motorcycle rentals nearby the staff told me that they had not such information despite the existence of a rental shop on the same street of the hotel…
The room floor was full of stains.

Shower not hot enough

I had an appointment at immigration and this location was perfect for a quick pick up and drop off.
Agus at the front desk was so warm and welcoming when I arrived and helped me with my luggage after check in. The room was small, but clean with an amazing view of the ocean overlooking the pool.
I ordered food on grab and ate dinner down at the pool which was truly a delightful way to unwind after a crazy day in immigration and traffic.
The room was a little small and the bathroom was a tight squeeze, but honestly nothing was wrong with the room. it was comfy and had everything you need.
