A stone's throw from The Chattanooga Choo Choo, and walking distance from the Tennessee River and the Aquarium, our one-of-a-kind colorful and comfy 1294 s.f. apartment, occupying the entire first floor, features urban living at its best in this vibrant, friendly and adventurous city. Located on the bustling and sought after Southside, this beautiful Brick Victorian was totally restored by its talented owners. You'll be literally living in a gallery! Contemporary and cozy, with art in every room, open floor plan, bamboo floors, fully equipped kitchen, king sized master with own TV, two twins, and when there are five or more guests, a queen sized murphy converts the gallery into a private 3rd bedroom. Accommodates up to six guests quite comfortably. King bed can be divided into two twins when needed! Affordable alternative to multi-rooms in a hotel. Everything provided, just bring your clothes. The large Southern front porch is like another room. Sit out there and watch the world go by! There is a patio out back if you'd like to barbecue, and a back porch with dining table for 6.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Filled with a variety of expressive arts and spacious enough for a family of 6. The hosts were extremely sweet and helpful throughout our entire visit!

This house was perfect for our girls' weekend in Chattanooga. It is very walkable to local restaurants and shops, so we did very little driving while staying there. The host was proactive in reaching out to finalize checkin details and the property itself was attractive and comfortable.

This unique, cheerful, artists property is located in the heart of downtown without it felling like downtown. Spacious inside and out with little grassy areas, 2 porches and a front art gallery. I was a little confused at first that the listing mentioned a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom but when we arrived there was only one adult sized bed and a second bedroom that contained two twin sized (single) beds. After rereading the listing I did eventually find a note mentioning that if you have a larger party, then the hosts will convert the art gallery and provide the queen bed. Since my party was 2 adult woman, I would have preferred 2 adult sized beds. We made due by pusing beds together. Im only mentioning this because it was not prominently advertised as a 2/3 bedroom or as a 2 bedroom with option for 3rd bed if required. I felt as if I chose this listing because it was listed as a 3 bedroom that slept six and the price felt reasonably for that. If you have a smaller party as we did, i feel that there may be better options for less money. With all this said, the title of this review says it all. The location cant be beat and the property is very well maintained, has everything you needs as far a towels, linens, cleaning supplies, and kitchen supplies. Also, the hosts are super nice and though they live upstairs I never heard them or saw them after check in.

Unique & fun art studio decor & vibe. Great location for walking to yummy breakfast places in the morning, and a cocktail in the afternoon. Everything we needed! Host was great. Only suggestion would be for longer twin beds more suitable for adults.

This property has a perfect location to walk to many restaurants and shops. It is in a beautiful area. The property is very clean, decorated beautifully with color and art. Everything you might need is provided, coffee, cookware, blankets and towels. And the water pressure is amazing!

This house was perfect and the host is excellent. The house is very clean and comfortable, and is nicely remodeled with a great vibe created by colors and lots of very nice artwork. The location was perfect with plenty of walkable restaurants and a very short drive to downtown attractions and Lookout Mountain. We are planning to come back and would definitely want to stay at this property again.

We were lucky enough to stay in this house for a reunion weekend. The location was perfect - walking distance to many restaurants - and the house was very inviting. We loved all art throughout the space! The hosts couldn't have been nicer - greeting us when we arrived and answering all our questions. I'd highly recommend this rental!

This historic home provided the perfect base for our weekend stay in Chattanooga for a conference at the Convention Center. The attractive and comfortable accommodations matched the VRBO description, and the art everywhere added a fun element to our stay. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in this incredible house. The house had everything we needed, the artwork was amazing, and it was completely modern for an old house. The location was perfect for trips up lookout mountain and to downtown. Incredible restaurants within walking distance and perfect for our family. Miki was a great host and extremely responsive. Beautiful art gallery look and feel. We loved how cozy and interesting the house was! Centrally located to several shops, restaurants and bars, we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do! Owners were kind and checked in on us during our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We arrived later in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Miki. She gave us a quick overview and was very available if we had any questions. The house itself was so charming and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay as a family of five if we are ever to visit Chattanooga again, this would be my first pick.!

Me and my three grandmothers stayed at this property to celebrate my graduation and spend time together. The space was so fun, filled with art made by the owner. It was also homey and clean with an amazing front and back porch we spent much time on. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Our large group met from all over North America. It’s hard to please so many people, but we all loved this home. The location is prime for doing all that Chattanooga offers. This restored house is beautiful, and in the perfect location. It is near the Choo Choo hotel, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Additionally you are close to free public transportation. You have the whole downstairs, and the host lives upstairs (with a separate entrance.) Our host was in contact before our check in, and greeted us when we arrived to show us where things are. They were easy to contact, but we were less aware of their presence than one might be aware of neighbors in a condo. The house is very solid. There are no creaky floors or other signs one might expect from a historic home like this. The beds were comfortable. The host is an artist, and her beautiful work is everywhere. We enjoyed all of it! Two things I would point out are: 1. The bathroom situation is 1 and 1/2 baths, which is stated in the listing. That was fine for us, and the plumbing is fully up to date with good water pressure. 2. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a Murphy bed in the gallery in the front of the house, so if you are 2 couples, I would be sure and talk to the host in advance about your preferred sleeping arrangements. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was so much fun, their home is full of creative happy energy! So much to look at. I found myself taking short tours through the house admiring all of their art. No more generic stale hotel rooms for me. Oh! and the outdoor covered deck was great for hanging out. Located walking distance to great places to eat, shop & get coffee. Can’t wait to stay there again!

My husband and I loved this house— its color, coziness, big front porch and proximity to the historic Southside Choo Choo and City Center. We really got a flavor of Chattanooga during our 3 month stay. Love the city and the friendliness of its people. We also loved our fantastic landlords!!! We do hope and recommend that the owners update their living room furniture in the near future as we found we couldn’t sit on several of the pieces as they were too soft. It would also be helpful if the kitchen was more fully stocked with cooking utensils and good pots and pans, especially for longer term renters.
