Localização perfeita. Muito próxima do lago e dos restaurantes.

Small cozy Japanese house, functionable kitchen near convenience shop and quiet neighbourhood.
4.5
Location, lots of space, good amenities and appliances, traditional feel with modern touch
Doorways are too small 😂 kept banging my head

There’s a supermarket directly across from the accommodation, making it very convenient. Additionally, a Lawson convenience store is just a six-minute walk away, located near the lake. If you’re looking for a light breakfast in the morning, the café 'Haostay Coffee' is on your way to the station and opens at 8:00 AM. Since the property is close to the lake, popular attractions like the pleasure boat service and ropeway are just 8 to 10 minutes away.
For the price, I found it to be an excellent value. So no complaints.

The location of the house is the best, very close to te station anto the lake, near the ropeway and the boat, the house is very big and feels like home, really recommend it

We were told is a villa, expecting a big building with yards, etc. turn out is a old double story building. Facilities in the house is old. stairs to the upper floor is quite steep, not advisable for older person to stay there.
We only stayed 1 night instead of 2. checked out the next morning and move to another accommodation that we book last minute.

One of the beds was broken and we fell down and got hurt. Rest all was a good stay and value for money. living space was good.

The location and a self contained facility

Large house, 5 queens bed, kitchen, 2 toilets and a shower/bathroom, across from grocery store. Not too far from the lake and train station.
Master bed mattress not too comfortable for me.
4.5
very clean, practical
the property is a bit too closed to the main road: causing noises.

We experience the traditional Japanese house. Its very homey and comfortable suitable for large group. Every one of us (8) have our own bed to sleep.. Walking distance from the kawaguchiko train station and just in front of the house there is a supermarket to buy house grocery.
Nothing

The villa was spacious, clean, quiet and fully equipped for a comfortable 3 nights' stay. We liked everything that was provided. There is a grocery store that is just across the road if you want to get bento for dinner or fresh produce.
There was just the two of us; hence one shower and one toilet with access to wash basin were sufficient.

Location and facilities

Charming house very conveniently located between Kawaguchiko station and the lake itself. Beautifully renovated very recently and immaculately clean, it maintains traditional Japanese charm while offering modern creature comforts.
Not much to dislike - it was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at.
4.5
everything was provided for, location was central and safe.
one toilet for a group of 6 of us.

Very open and spacious feeling with good floor plan, kitchen and bath faciities. A lot of space for the price with comfort and lots of light. Very close to Kawaguchiko station, the lake and amazingly across the street from a real grkcery store w/ fresh produce. Also a decent Indian Restaurant right down the street w/ the best, fluffiest Nan we've sern anywhere.
Probably the only thing reLly missing for western tourists at least was a couple more low, but slightly elevated chairs to make watching TV a lot mre comfortable. Also wished they had bikes for guests to use; THat would make staying here over a few days relly great.

The whole 2-story house is of us. Very clean and everything you need is there. Comfortable property likes staying at our own home.

Spacious and good located house with almost everything we needed.
Some renovations have been probably done, but the house is quite old and cold.
There are a lot of beds upstairs, but the beds we were sleeping on (room on the right side with two beds and aircon) were not alright (-> slatted frames), so the mattress went down two times and my wife and baby got scared.
4.5
Location, good size house, had everything we needed.
Check in and out with Bookings was an use. Bookings needs to allow texting in there app and use email accounts other than gmail.
Master bed slumps in ward. Needs to be fixed.
Other beds were great kids slept well.

It was a great size house with plenty of beds and tatami room for more sleeping arrangements. Beds were comfortable and warm. It had great view of Fujisan! We loved the full kitchen to be able to make breakfast. It was close to the areas we needed around Fujisan.

We loved the location, right across from the grocery store! The beds were very comfortable.

We spent 3 nights with 2 kids and 1 dog. The house is nicely located (close to the lake, supermarket and convenience store), and clean. Beds were comfortable. Bed sheets, towels and some basics (washing up detergent, shower gel, shampoo, ...) were also provided, so no need to bring much!
It was perfect for our family!
The kitchen and the bathroom are a bit low key and could be renovated. But other than that, nothing to complain about, we really enjoyed our stay!

Cleanses and the support from the staff was great with good value.
The stairs might be dangerous if you have kids under 5 years. The light of 1F tatami room is very low. Customer need caution.

The property is around 5 mins walking from the Kawaguchiko station. Also, just in front of the house, there is a supermarket. So perfect for buying ingredients if you plan to cook by yourself. I also like the kotatsu (Japanese blanket table with inbuilt heater) since this is my first time of using during my living in Japan for a couple of years. The house is very clean, the blanket is very nice and warm (but not being hot at all). Totally recommend it if you are visiting Kawaguchiko with a group of people.
Nothing. The door is somehow difficult to get locked automatically. So usually I need to close a couple of times to make sure it's locked properly. The light in the bedroom at 1F is a bit low, so my head hit it several times. Everything was great.
