Super property though not much around within walking distance

Excellent staff, really go out of their way to look after guests. Property has excellent views looking down over hilly area.

This is the place to stay at Dharamshala

It’s a beautiful property and very well maintained, staff are present at all the public spots and that’s a big deal given it’s a resort. I’ve stayed at other resorts where service was never this prompt or friendly. Every single staff at this resort greets you with a smile and a “Namaste”. A shout out to Krishan who proactively suggested Himachal delicacies to try out as well as showing me the specially created decks where one gets beautiful views of the sunset.

Nothing! I’d go back to stay again in a heartbeat.

View and property was good

Location and cleanliness.buffet dinner menu was excellent ,breakfast was good but menu was repeated must be different daily. I eat same breakfast daily for three days. Otherwise it was a nice vacation

Good base for tourism in Dharamshala.

The hotel was on the top of a hill and the view from the hotel was excellent. Staffs members are kind and polite. Restaurants (one buffet, another Italian) are very good. The car from the hotel to Tibet museum is 1,500 rupees plus tax, takes about 20 minutes.

The wall with the next room seems to be thin. Voice and noise from the next room were a bit disturbing. I would suggest the hotel to allocate guests in every second rooms, with one vacant room between occupied rooms, if there are such possibilities.

is a party place for families too much noise until late at night if your room is in the lower level .. you can have miserable night listening to all that happen above you

Good food and service staff was excellent

The front office was not very cooperative as we had booked thru booking.com , the rooms they gave us were not good location, we had to change three rooms to get a decent one , they were also not concerned about the reviews and said write whatever you want on the reviews it does not matter
