Good location and good food and humble staff

Good hotel in a great location. Great mountain views.

Good location offering access to various adventure activities, treks etc. Mountain facing rooms had a great view including balcony.

Toilet in initial room was not working properly, so had to wait to be moved to another room.

View from the room was excellent. Terrace is spacious with a good eating space and the view is simply superb. Food was good and service was on time.

Pricing of the room seemed a lil' on the higher side.

Almost everything was near perfect. The food, the comfortable beds, the awesome terrace view, the value for money. Excellent.

The ATMs in that area are shut in the night.

Good hotel, but not restful.

I enjoyed the spa!!

It was noisy! Work was being done on the hotel and it was very noisy. Kids screaming in the hallways…

Overall stay was satisfactory.

Location is good. Breakfast is also good.

Housekeeping was not good. Bathrooms smell. Bedsheets not changed everyday.

We travelled as a family of 6 during 1st week of November 2022 and had 2 rooms booked for us. Everything about this resort is fabulous. Location, facilities, staff, food and cleanliness are just super nice. My whole family was so pleasantly surprised with the stay that it's worth few minutes of my time to write this review. 1. Location is great with a very nice view of the river and mountain ranges. The rooftop bar is a super cool feature of this resort. 2. Staff is literally excellent and they take care of everything with just a phone call. Everything from check-in to house keeping, in-room dining and restaurant works in a seamless fashion. 3. Food is very good (both in-room dining and buffet/ala carte at Gunn Powder restaurant). 4. Special mention for staff members Vishal Kapur, Maan Singh and Sunil Dutt for making our staff such a pleasant one 5. House keeping is excellent and very prompt. Overall, you get a 5 star experience at a much lower price. A great deal anyday and we will definitely come back to Dharamshala because of this resort. Thank you so much to all the staff at DPolo Resort.

Had a lovely time , enjoying the sunset from our room and terrace

Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced for a while. Items were made perfectly by Chef Chawang .chole bhature , tandoori paranthas, poached eggs were excellent. Location of hotel was awesome and terrace view of mountain was excellent

Toilets need deep cleaning, sheets and towels need to be upgraded

Overall feel was average

View of hills from room was good.

Breakfast and food taste and quality was not upto the mark. Resort was more like a hotel with not much experience for the price.
