A windowed wonder - Charles Bridge view

The location of the apartment is a kicker. Generally, the courteous staff who were exceptionally helpful and accommodating with regards to all our requests, the interior design, and the cleanliness of the premises have left us with a wholly favorable impression.

I was lucky to be in Prague on the day that experienced the highest temperature recorded in the last 88 years. Due to the unique characteristics of the building, the residence lacked AC, which rendered the nocturnal rest period considerably arduous.

Amazing place, but needs more attention from the management.

Great apartment overlooking the bridge. Apartments are located on the river side, there is no traffic there, so it's super-quiet even though it's in the very busy area. You can't beat the location, and the price-value ratio is amazing. Everything was clean, there are enough amenities for a long stay if needed.

There are a few easy-fixable things to move this property from very good to excellent category. Shower assembly doesn't have the shower holder on the shower bar, so you have to use one hand to hold the shower, that's a minor inconvenience. The major inconvenience is when the building manager turns off cold and hot water without a notice, leaving you standing in the shower with shampoo on your head and nothing to wash it off with. No attempts to remedy the situation - no offers to at least bring a bottled water or anything, complete silence from the management (management did respond after they turned off water the first time, but after the second time management just ignored us).

Lovely apartment in a central location with incredible views

The view from the balcony was incredible

Lack of useful items to keep the place clean; dustpan and brush, broom , vacuum etc. also could smell cigarette smoke quite frequently from the hall ways etc. didn’t know where to empty bins.

3rd room was really tiny, kids slept there so all good for us but for adult it might be little bit difficult to get out of the bed.

Where do I even begin? My family of 4 stayed here and every aspect of it was perfection. The apartment was clean and had every thing we needed. The view was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was comfortable, modern and the location was the best location possible in which to see the city. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Prague! I wanted to sit on the balcony all day!

My family is young and fit- so no elevator was not a problem. Be aware you do need to walk up many stairs to get to the apartment. This is to be expected in historic buildings. The view was definitely worth it!

Exceptional service from Christina.

Location was incredible, Christina was amazing and a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and informative. Was able to wash our clothes in basement laundry and use amenities easily. Everything is in good walking distance. Views from attic room are lovely as you have Prague castle on one side and the Charles bridge on the other side. Beds were comfortable.

The stairs up to the top floor were brutal, the attic room was interesting but unfortunately being tall was quite problematic as I nearly hit my head on the overheard beams and tripped on the floor beams also. Being tall the shower was incredibly uncomfortable as I had to bend down the whole time and shower head had very low water pressure, this the worst part of my stay here.

Perfectly located appartment with the outstanding view over the Charles bridge.

Location , terrace were just perfect. Comfortable beds.

the system in the shower was broken, had to take a forced contrast shower (from boiling water to ice cold water)

really extraordinary place to stay, beautiful view, fully equipped apartment with balcony over the river facing the Charles bridge. I will definitely come back as soon as possible with my family, they love it!

The fly is small, but it can upset your stomach !

This flat is very nice , comfortable and clean . Location perfect to reach all touristical attractions . This flat was almost perfect until last moment ! If it wouldnt happen , I would say perfect !

I am travelling all around the world and I saw first time in my life that check out is 10.00 a.m ! It was my partners birthday and next day I noticed this rule and texted message to the host .I just wanted extra a hour (late !!!) check out . But What a kind answer I got , she didnt accept . You are accepting your guest at 14.00 and you cant clean the flat in 4 hours and stolen the guests time ! If you think this is not enought time you should rent 2 housekeeper and catch your term in ! We dont pay less money to rent this flat and My opinion we dont deserve this.

Amazing location and view of Charles Bridge! Quiet and in the perfect location to explore Prague!

The view of the Charles Bridge from Apartment 1 is amazing!!! The view is from the bedrooms. You have a lovely and private terrace off the bedrooms, which is amazing!!!

Definitely needs better pillows in both bedrooms, other than that the beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy!

beautiful, spacey and nice decorated apartment with views of the Charles Bridge, very comfy beds and silent enviroment

the kitchen is so big, yet there is not one coffee making appliance but only instant coffee, a coffee machine/nespresso/french press would be nice + only 2 coffee mugs for potentially 4 people?! one window blind from one bedroom was completely missing and light came in for sunrise

Amazing value for money with great location to main areas.

Key coded door so no keys to worry about. Views from apartment amazing. Old features in apartment, nice open plan.

Stairs to top floor. Bathroom needs attention, but adequate.
