NIC MI SIĘ NIE SPODOBAŁO ponieważ po 650 kilometrach przejechanych z rodzin (w tym dzieci) w nocy okazało się ze klucza do zarezerwowanego i opłaconego już wcześniej pokoju nie ma w skrytce co oznacza ze zostaliśmy o 1:30 bez żadnego noclegu!!!Nie muszę dodawać jakie było zdenerwowanie w sytuacji gdy misterny plan i rezerwację wszystkich kwater w drodze do miejsca docelowego już na pierwszym przystanku się zawaliło.
Po raz pierwszy zdarzyła mi się taka sytuacja (a rezerwuje na Bookingu bardzo dużo) ze potwierdzony wyjazd, z zawartą informacją o instrukcji odbioru kluczy, numeru pokoju i pietra okazuje się ZE NIE MA ŻADNEGO KLUCZA W SKRYTCE!
Wielokrotne dzwonienie na numer kontaktowy pozostaje bez odbioru jak również na wysłane wiadomości nie ma żadnego odzewu. Cóz o 6: 40 rano otrzymuje wiadomość od Kukucinowa Apartaments ze "nie wie jak to się stało i przeprasza"...

Było bardzo czysto, obiekt duży i wygodny.
Nie spaliśmy całą noc. Teraz jest 5 rano a sąsiedzi na górze nadal są bardzo głośni. Nawet tak niska cena nie jest warta takiego zmęczenia.

There was no dust
The freezer of the refrigerator was full of products and dirty, and so much ice! You had no place to put anything. The freezer door falls into your hand, was broken. The stove was stained, this wouldn't have been a problem if I had clean dishes! I found a dirty pan in the oven. The door from the bathroom was broken. No air conditioner working. It was so cold! We have our daughter sick! We went in Bratislava for a treatment and we got cold! The rooms weren't like in the picture! There were no sofas! We paid for an apartment and we received something else! I booked the apartament based on the reviews and pictures! I do not recommend at all! It was sp difficult to heat the girl's food. About cooking... no chance! In description says so much things that are not truth! Not for this apartment! I really wanted to ask my money back! I had to go with my daughter at the treatment and this is why I didn't left. Shame on them!

Everything. It was amazingly clean, had all the necessary equipment to clean, wash, cook, etc.
A bit afar from the city, but since Bratislava is rather small, you can get there in a flash. Well connected.

Bit out from the centre of Bratislava, but the public transport is pretty good.

Very comfortable with very helpful owner, not a long walk to the tram which takes you straight to the middle of Bratislava.
Very nice steakhouse restaurant not far away too, (easy walking distance).
The view from the apartment and the external approach to the apartment does not look good.
No plugs in the sinks.

Everything was ok. It was clean in the apartament, we had everything we needed. Garage is opposite the apartment. There is tram stop nearby.
The garage gate is a bit narrow, but the Ford Mondeo fit in. The garage needs cleaning.

A really roomy appartment. A nice big space. Big shower . And clean. Got our own garage to park our car. And you could check in in what ever time you like.
The street was verry loud. The only baking pan is verry crooked

The apartment is much more spacious and large than on the pictures. It seems to have gotten refurbished recently which really makes it a pleasant atmosphere to stay in. There is tons of space, the bathroom is huge and very luxurious. Even the shower has a ton of features which just adds to the already pleasant atmosphere. The host replies quickly and is very helpful, even though we didn't get to meet her.
The towels in the bathroom smelt quite a bit. It was less pleasant to dry yourself with "stinky towels" but it's not a huge deal for a night or two. Otherwise the location is a little far from the center of Bratislava, however there are excellent tram connections and tram links which get you the center in 5-10 minutes.

Apartment with all facilities you would want to have and the management was very good. We loved the big balcony and beds were very comfortable! All in all an awesome place to stay with comfort and peace.
There is some scope of improvement in the communication with guests but overall very much satisfied with the entire stay.

Big apartment enough for a family of four. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Shower was very modern and good. Near tram no 3 that goes to the center in five minutes. Free parking available.
I wish i had the message with the code to check in few hours earlier because i didn't know how to check in until late at night that i arrived.
It would have been useful if there was also a sandwich toaster machine in the house to make sandwiches.

The apartment is spacious and clean. As parking one can park in one of the garages in front of the house which is very useful and comfortable.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and everything needed was there. Garage space was brilliant. Very helpful and friendly host - value for money and good location too!

The home is very clean. And you can reach all the places by using tram. Also you can see some basic kıtchen equipment. I dont see Lenka, but as if I see her. When I need Lenka, She answered me immediatly. Thank you for everything

Communication with the host was great and very helpful
The tram stop is very close (if you want to get to the city center by foot is a little bit far)
We had two dogs with us and it was not a problem at all for the host (and we did not pay extra for the pets). It's a big advantage!

The only thing that I didn't like vas the fact that the kettle vas în bad condition but I managed to boil some water on the electric plate.
