Este o locație foarte îngrijită și curată! Un mic dejun excelent și diversificat Personalul foarte amabil! Este aproape de plajă ! Vă recomand cu drag!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr saubere Räume wie Schlafbereich und Badezimmer sowie auch die zusätzliche Ausstattung wie der mini bar zb. Fairer Preis für das etwas vom Zentrum entfernte B&B, mit einer schnellen und einfachen Verbindung zum Zentrum ( Tram ca 10 min). Leckere Spezialitäten aber auch Basics gab es am Frühstück auf dem Balkon. Parkmöglichkeiten waren an der Strasse reichlich zur Verfügung. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also ein sehr schönes B&B, was man definitiv weiter empfehlen kann.

Absolut perfekt

Absolut perfekt. Das Auto kann sicher und kostenfrei vor der Tür geparkt werden, das Personal ist mega hilfsbereit und liebenswert. Das Frühstück war mit das beste unserer gesamten Reise. Die Nonna war so stolz auf ihre selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten. Man bekommt tolle Tipps und die Zimmer etc. sind nicht nur top modern sondern auch super sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten vom Balkon etwas Meerblick. Nach Palermo kommt man für 1,40€ in 10min mit der Bahn die vor der Tür hält, aber nicht laut ist. Absolut perfekt für eine Overnighter oder 2 Tage Palermo. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Man kann dort auch selbst waschen.

Annonce mensongère

Chambre tout confort très propres

Emplacement insalubre quartier très sale, encombrants dans la rue, poubelles débordantes, plage jonchée de détritus une décharge à ciel ouvert. Pas de parking privé, stationnement dans la rue. Terrasse avec vue= vue sur les blocs de logements miséreux Accès handicapés ! Je demande à voir: 3ème étage, ascenseur double-portes dont 2 à battants qui se rabattent à l'intérieur...perron de 3 marches, trottoirs défoncés, voitures stationnées devant. Petit déjeuné quelconque , prêt en retard. Il est vrai que l'œuf dur pourri m'a un peu coupé l,'appétit. A fuir..

Mi piacerebbe ritornare quando sarò a Palermo

Mi piage la stanza deluxe. Alles war sehr sauber und Rosaria und ihre Mutter waren herzliche Gastgeber. Für ein paar Tage und zum die Stadt besichtigen einfach toll. Die Aussicht und das Frühstück top

Unglaublich herzlich

Die Gastgeberin und ihre Mama waren sehr herzlich und standen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung (WhatsApp). Das Frühstück war unfassbar lecker und authentisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm, man ist gerne da gewesen.

"Like staying with family"

The property was located in an area in close proximity to transport (tram) which was a 6 minute ride to the city of Palermo. As we were driving, we required secure parking, which was arranged for us (at a fee) The owner Rosaria and her mother Pina, were so welcoming and accommodating, providing a delicious continental breakfast each morning and helping us with all of our queries and providing local recommendations. The property has been recently renovated with much attention to detail. We appreciated the quality linen and towels.

It was on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Fortunately there's a lift!

Amazing place!

Rosaria was the best host you can ever wish. She was so helpful and helped us to fix a transfer from the airport to their accommodation. She also gave some restaurant tips to us cause we arrived a quite late and continued our trip early at the moorning. Breakfast was also so delicious. We will come back as soon as possible! The room was also on point. Highly recommended place!

Exceptional

It was wonderful. The b&b is really close to the tram station ( tram 1, gets you in 5-7 minutes to central station; by foot, 25 min), the breakfast is delicious (you choose what you want to eat, it can be different from day to day). It is a cozy b&b, Rosaria and her mother made us feel comfortable, "ca la mama acasă" 😂. Grazie!

Wonderful

The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was also easy to observe the social distancing due to covid 19. The breakfasts were served on the balcony and were spectacular. We especially recommend the local specialities that changed every day. While the B&B is walking distance from the centre those less keen on walking can take the tram that only takes 7-10 minutes. The beach is just down the street and perfect for morning and evening dips. I thoroughly recommend B&B Ciccio di G. Barbiera

Best place to stay in Palermo

The B&B is close to the beach and tram stop Amadeo d‘Astra so very convenient. Rosaria, her mother Pina and her husband Fabrizio are not welcoming you as a guest but as a part of their family! They give you a lot of tips to see the city. It was also one of the best breakfast I have ever had ! I will miss the little kitten Arancino :)

Really nothing. Maybe a little cabinet in the room to put your clothes.

Exceptional

Fabrizio and Rosaria are very kind and gave us a lot of informations how to move around the city and where to go. But the most suprise was breakfast, usually in Italy breakfast is just small crossaint but here it was really big and tasty dish prepared by Pina - Rozaria's mother. I totally reccomend choosing option with sicilian breakfast, thanks to it we were everyday trying great sicilian dishes!

Best sleep and breakfast!!!

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept outside my own bed! The breakfast was incredible and I couldn’t be more happier with my stay! The owners and mom are absolutely lovely, even with the language barrier we had lots of laughs!!! Perfect stay and couldn’t recommend staying here more :)
