It was stunning! Love the walls
Nothing everything was outstanding

Apartment and location were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.
Some fixtures and fittings needed repair/upgrade (lights not working, shower hoses twisted, downstairs window opening handle broken, for example ). It didn't ruin our stay in any way as these are little wear and tear items - this is just general feedback.
We will definitely be looking to stay again.

The apartment was in a great location. It was very modern but with great original features. The beds were comfortable and there were lovely views over the marina. There were lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance but the apartment itself was very quiet
The showers were disappointing. The one upstairs didn’t work and the one downstairs didn’t have much water pressure. It would have been nice to have a walk in shower too. No hairdryer either that we could find.

Great to have opportunity to stay in such an historical setting. Good communication and arrival instructions. If you follow them exactly you’ll be straight in. We used the Cremyll Ferry, then bus to Cawsand and ferry off the beach back to the Barbican. A brilliant day out.

The apartment is stunning, and very well equipped. The Royal William Yard is a brilliant location with a vast range of eateries. We've stayed at RYW 5 times now and this was our first stay in the Brewhouse. The mezzanine bedroom upstairs is great for those without kids, and the views of the marina were spot on.
The pillows are what I call 'Dead' and flatter than pancakes. I think they could do with being replaced.

Great location, good apartment for couples or family visit.
The upper bedroom is on the mezzanine so unable to be ‘shut off’ if you are sharing with friends or family but not really an issue, just to be aware when booking.

Great location. Good communication from hosts.
uncomfortable beds and awful pillows (bring your own). No blinds, so bedrooms are light all through the night.

The proper was located in our favourite place
We have have stayed at this location many times and have loved these apartments, but this was our first time to book them through booking .com
as the images sold it. It was meant to be a luxurious weekend for a special
Birthday. And taking family with us having spoken so much of our previous stays !
However we were greeted by our host who we were familiar with and he took us to the property, wished us a lovely weekend and went on his way.
The property was far smaller than the images portrayed it to be.and the furniture had been configured in a different way . with some strange pieces added.
The beds were uncomfortable , with a very thin duvet and so were the pillows,
the window in the ground floor bedroom would benefit from a little privacy ! and the wardrobes were filled with equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, a high chair a child’s cot.
I failed to find a frying pan or a wooden spoon or spatula for a scrambled egg as I couldn’t fry one ! and the crockery was very basic.
The upstairs bathroom shower bath tap did not work correctly and leaked water everywhere ! and one of the additional
lan let’s needs a wash !
on the whole the cleanliness was good and the property was nice and cosy although we failed to work out how to get the towel
heaters to work in both bathrooms !

The accommodation manager arranged for an additional flat with a double bed for us, free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, as the camp bed and/or hard sofa is not really suitable for an adult. It was very kind of them and much appreciated.
We booked the flat for 4 single adults, thinking we could have a bed each, but this isn’t advisable as although there was a comfy double and super king bed the other 2 adults had a hard sofa and a flimsy camp bed (which is not suitable for an adult) We were disappointed when we saw it.

Loved the apartment and location.
The steep staircase up to the bedroom on the mezzanine floor was a bit steep for a 75 year old.

From the time we arrived and were meet everything about our stay was excellent.
No. 43 Brewhouse
A plug socket close to a mirror for ladies to dry their hair would be helpful. Water spout in hand basin is so long it prevents you from using the sink properly.

Location and views, especially from upstairs bedroom, fab sunsets and sunrise.
Real home from home and host Nick was very friendly and informative, he seemed very genuine too, very helpful.
Check in procedure was very easy and prompt service. Really felt as if we had been on a break after this wonderful visit. Will definitely return. Many thanks for a great find! Towels were very good quality.
Lots of glass i.e petition for kitchen and portholes windows, there were several marks on the windows, this didn't deter our most enjoyable visit but I believe it should be recognised and alerted to housekeeping for future ref. It was a very pleasurable visit and many thanks

spacious, fully equipped, clean, good quality duvets, pillows and sheets, fluffy towels.
needed brighter lighting! lots of lamps but struggled to put make up on or get ready to go out in the evening! blinds on the bedroom window would be nice as other apartments there we’ve stayed in have them and woken up at 05.00 as so light….

Will definitely return for another stay when next in the area!
