This was a great property in the center of Florence which was close to the main attractions and sites including restaura

The property was in a great location in centro historico. Walkable to sites, shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The property was beautifully decorated and furnished.

The stairs to the bedrooms within the apartment may not be good for those with mobility issues. However, There is a bathroom and sofa beds on the main floor. There is also an elevator in the building.

Nice apartment at the heart of Firenze

Host was kind with good communication Location is great, just 300 meters away from Duomo (3min walking); 10 minutes aways for Train station (SM Novella) plenty of stores and restaurants around, couple of supermarkets near by. At the entrance of the building there is a luggage storage (very convenient) Apartment was clean, host provides amenities, coffee, water; also a list of suggested restaurants (very good) Rooms and bathrooms with good size, confortable; AC working very well

Rooms at a second floor, tiny stairs to get to them. If you have big luggages is a bit uncomfortable; but manageable Kitchen is small but has all necessary items

The upstairs bathrooms need a deep clean and attention to the shower especially. There was an odor on the main floor, that despite the air fresheners still remained

Large, clean apartment with all the facilities in a great location (right near the Duomo).

Minor point that the heating filters need to be cleaned.

Nice apartment, well located

Check out at 10:00 ... pay to keep luggage ... not very friendly. Not any snack of small bite on arrival, just a bottle of water ... before Florence, we stayed in Rome, in apartment was some snacks ... even a bottle of prosecco ... small details which are important that we missed in this apartment.

Great appartment right next to Duomo.

Excellent location, the appartment was fresh, clean and pretty, the bathrooms were supplied with all necessary amenities, good wifi, comfy beds, spacious showers, everything was excellent. Special thanks to hostess Gisella who waited for us to arrive and welcomed us with such hospitality! She suggested good restaurants, nearby stores, basically all we needed for our stay.

We loved the apartment and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved the apartment. The location is perfect. The apartment was very clean. All furniture was comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. Gisela was very responsive and friendly. It was wonderful. we found ourselves wishing we could stay longer.

My only complaint is very minor. The apartment has what appears to be a new induction cooktop which is great. However, the caffe pot is too small to work on the cooktop.

We loved it, would definitely come back!

The woman who gave us the keys works in the luggage storage shop right next door so came out to greet us as soon as we arrived. She was very helpful in showing us the unit and explaining things to us, including places to eat while we were there. The unit was very secure, both from the street and from the hallway outside. Everything we needed for preparing breakfast was available. Loved the fact that the unit had a washer/dryer. It did not dry as well as what we expect in the US, but we could hang things up and there were drying racks. Worked great!! We were very close to the main attractions of Florence, which was the best part.

I am 6'7" (200 cm) so the stairs up to the bedrooms were a little challenging to negotiate, and there was low headroom in parts of the bedrooms and bathrooms. But it was a small price to pay!

We did enjoy our stay at this apartment.

Location was great close to train station and the duomo. We were greeted by the woman downstairs from Apartment she had a left luggage business. She showed us around the apartment. The apartment was really Nice.

The staircase up to the bedrooms was a little scary for us. No railings, we did not carry our luggage up, just took a few things at a time as needed.

Overall, my family and I were extremely happy with our stay. It had everything we needed plus it was close to everything

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and within walking distance from everything on our itinerary.

The hot water didn’t work before 9am, and we had early starts to our mornings, so we were forced to shower in cold water.

Great place and great hostess.

The place was perfect and went beyond what we thought we were getting. The shower was great along with the small kitchen which we used only for breakfast but had everything we needed. Close to everything and everywhere we went. Would go there again if we choose to go back.

The apartment was lovely ..near everything… have to say the pillows were fabulous…

The apartment was very cold …I really think an extra heater would help also handrails on the stairs would be great …

Loved exploring Florence.

Excellent location, very central to most places of interest and within easy walking distance of others. Large and comfortable apartment, with good facilities. Very quiet inside the apartment inspite of the central location.

We stayed for a week so could have done with extra towels and sheets.

If you love ants, this is the place for you

This property was ideal due to the location, it’s style and everything you need.

The first night we were all going to bed and my daughters came into my room and told me there were ants in their room. I walked in and they were everywhere!! So my kids had to all sleep in our room. I phone the owner and they told me they would sort them out next day. Next day we went out and they phoned me up and told me they had hoovered them up and left a Hoover by the door for me to hoover them if I see any more. They just kept coming out of the skirting boards, it was an infestation. They didn’t even offer any compensation for the ordeal and this Appartment wasn’t cheap. So if you’re into ant farming this is the place for you.
