Bien ubicado

La ubicación, cerca de la estación ferroviaria y del centro de Florencia. El departamento es bastante cómodo y limpio, aunque hay que subir dos pisos por escalera.

Un sólo juego de llaves complica mucho cuando somos varias personas. Deberían dar dos juegos, como es lo habitual. No les cuesta nada y darían más de libertad a los huéspedes. Tendrían que mejorar los elementos que dejan en la cocina: no había vasos, sólo tazas. Y ningún recipiente o bowl para preparar una ensalada. Debimos hacerla en la asadera del horno.

The apartment was nice but I couldn’t cope with the stairs.

The position was good, the size was good with large bedrooms and plenty of hanging space. It was nicely renovated and presented. The kitchen had enough equipment.

It wasn’t so clear on the website that there would be two very long, steep flights of stairs to negotiate every time you left and returned to the property. The front door of the apartment was very tricky to open.

Excellent location and hosts. Without Air condition bit difficult to manage in summer.

Very good host who personally came to give us the key and they let us in much earlier than the normal check in time. Location was excellent in middle of the town within walking distance of shopping, Super markets, restaurants and attractions.

As Air condition was not available the house was too hot to live especially in the peak summer also as in main area so you can not keep the windows open as the sound makes it difficult to sleep. The smell of moisture was also difficult to bear. Kitchen utensils provided were old and refrigerator was also not working well.

Żałuje, te byliśmy tam tylko 3 dni.

Bardzo uczynni gospodarze, czekali na nas w dniu przyjazdu na ulicy przed budynkiem i pomogli z bagażami. Wcześniej pomogli z załatwieniem parkingu w mieście. Apartament w samym centrum (dosłownie) historycznej Florencji, 100 metrów od Palazzo Strozzi.

Did not have air conditioning.. Simple fans available but were ineffective and it was unbearably hot during the heat wave.

Outstanding stay in Firenze

The suite is located in a special place,you can move from there to everywhere in the downtown.. If you liked the place in photos,when you see it live it is gonna shock you!, it is huge and so we'll maintained that it is hard to believe that it lays in the center of Firenze, also the attention of Alessandra was outstanding..

No elevator, though it is understandable cause it is impossible to add one in that sort of building,so if you travel with some seniors or someone who has an injury(knee,foot,arm) please take that into account..

Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location was great.

The shower was a bit challenging. You have to manipulate a solid barrier to ensure that water doesn’t leak onto the floor.

Perfect

The hosts are very attentive, the flat is very well located, it is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything is great.

It is not suitable for people with limited mobility as it is a second floor and there is no lift.

Very good

Silver sword Suite is a beautiful home in the center of Florence. The location was amazing and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was also very clean and well kept.

The downside to being in the city center was that it was quite noisy and that was especially annoying at night. There are soundproofing windows (only in the bedrooms) and although they helped a little they did not block out all the noise. The bathroom is very small but the rest of the house is quite spacious and equipped with everything you might need.

Not a good value. I have visited Glorence many times and have stayed in wonderful places. Unfortunately, this was not

The floors were dirty, the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, the internet was horrible and the host wanted to argue with me when all I was doing was letting her know that we didn’t do that.

Great location

Beautiful renovated historical flat. Convenient location in city centre, plenty of nice restaurants around it. Spacious flat and well equipped kitchen. Ideal for a family or group of friends.

In the summer it gets quite hot, and fans don't really help a lot.

Full sized 3BD apartment right in the heart of Florence

Beautiful, huge apartment that could not be in a better location. 10min walk to all atractions, and 3min walk to a great grocery store and laundromat. Galleries, cafes, bars all within a block and train station an easy walk away. Amazing, well equipped kitchen that we made several meals in. Really felt like a local living in the heart of the city. Very nice and personable owners who gave recommendations and made it feel special.

We unfortunately came during a heat wave (100F+) and there is no AC, which is stated in description. There are nice fans in each bedroom that work well but if you don't like being warm that is a consideration.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Alessandra was awesome. She was very communicative with us about our stay. She suggested a couple garages for us to park our rental car during our stay. Since we were driving in a few hours away, I couldn't tell her an exact time of our arrival. I gave her an hour window of our estimated arrival and she waited for us until we arrived. She definitely went out of her way to make sure we were greeted and had the ability to check in as soon as we arrived. The property location was perfect for our stay in Florence. We had everything within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

great apartment, just needs some attention to detail

Apartment is in great location, close enough to the central station and near all the attractions. The apartment is clean and spacious. The hosts are nice and the wi-fi worked great even considering we were 5 adults at the property. Overall, we had a great stay.

Not enough toilet paper and only one trash bag for a 4 night stay. The building is old, so the electric sockets are kinda loose too. Tap water smells weird.
