Comfortable

Clean, staff helpful and friendly and convenient location

Breakfast/Dinning area is far too small, there is No emergency exit in the dining area in case of fire or other emergency. Queuing for a pre-paid breakfast is unacceptable.

Wonderful stay. The infinity pool was everything!

Everything! The hospitality with extra mile, the attention to detail and the after check out service were just wonderful. 10/10

Probably the gym is a little far from the hotel rooms but not a big issue.

Amazing Hotel! Stunning view

We recently stayed at the Marina Sands Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room offered a stunning view of the bay, making each morning and evening truly breathtaking. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail that enhanced the overall comfort of our stay. One of the highlights was the amazing pool and the sky view, which provided a perfect setting for relaxation and leisure. The infinity pool overlooking the city is a must-experience, offering panoramic views that are simply unforgettable. The staff at Marina Sands were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special mention goes to David at the reception, (Doorman)who went above and beyond to make our stay special. His warm hospitality and helpfulness truly stood out. Overall, the combination of luxurious amenities, beautiful views, and exceptional service made our stay at Marina Sands Hotel a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

憧れのホテルでしたので、とても満足しています。ホテルの受付の方もとても丁寧で感じが良かったです。

57階のプールに入ることが出来た事とあまり混んで無くて、ゆっくり楽しめました。プールからの眺めも最高でした。

シャワーが備え付けの物しかないので、洗いずらかったです。ホース付きのシャワーがあれば良かったです。他の部屋は分かりませんが…

Memorable Stay

Incredible views, outstanding pool area. Luxurious rooms with amazing views, nothing to wish more. These features make a stay at the hotel worthwile.

Due to the vast amount of rooms, the hotel is a bit unpersonal. The price of the breakfast is completely excessive in view of the already very high room prices. Paying ~SGD900 per night one would expect to have a decent breaktfast included.

Overall felt over priced for what you get and everything additional is overpriced

Rooftop pool, location and exclusivity

Breakfast not included despite $1000 per night room rate and staying for 3 nights. If you do want breakfast buffet, it’s an extra $68 per person, which is a bit ridiculous for what you get (yes I forked out for it on the first day and learnt it was not worthwhile). The complimentary in room mini bar only contains 2 cans of soft drink, 2 bottles of juice and 2 bottles of water. Again for the price point of the room, this is extremely underwhelming. I have stayed in 5 star hotels which charge far less per night and include much more in their complimentary mini bar. Room service trays not collected for 2 days and left to sit outside our front door is also substandard at this price point, and the cost of some room service items felt like you were being swindled. For example, a 200ml can of coke is $1.50-$3 elsewhere within BMS, but for room service it was $10!

absolutely stunning and our highlight of the trip.

Das Personal war super freundlich und wir durften sogar am Folgetag noch bis zum frühen Abend den infinity Pool nutzen. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und die Suite mit Blick auf die Stadt war atemberaubend Es war ein märchenhaftes Erlebnis. Leider kann man nicht mehr Sterne geben.

Erstklassiger Service und erstklassige Ausstattung, phänomenaler Ausblick vom Zimmer wie vom Pool.

Traumhafter Pool, der nur für Hotelgäste ist, und somit praktisch nie überfüllt. Gerade am Morgen früh ist man fast alleine da. Im Hotel und seinem Komplex herum kann man gut und gerne 2-3 Tage verweilen, bis man alle Anlagen und Restaurants gesehen hat. Die Premium Suite hatte auf beide Seiten einen fantastischen Ausblick auf Stadt / Park & Meer.

Teilweise wirkte das Lächeln der Mitarbeiter stark aufgesetzt. Aufgesetzte und keine echte Freundlichkeit. Wir konnten damit leben, nein, wir mussten darüber ab und zu lachen.

Všechno bylo dokonalé a předčilo naše veškeré představy . Pobyt v tomto hotelu byl můj sen a zároveň dárek k narozeninám a nemohla jsem si to více užít. Děkuji . Recepcí jsme prošli velmi rychle, hladce a náš pokoj byl zcela dokonalým zážitkem od A do Z . Vše připravené s dokonalostí a čistotou k nejlepšímu zážitku v Singapuru . U bazénu jsme zažili východ i západ slunce s neskutečným výhledem .

Einzigartig, hervorragender Service, extremste hohe Aufmerksamkeit, einfach SPITZENKLASSE!!!

Wir waren zum wiederholten mal im Marina Bay Sands und haben dieses mal etwas mehr Geld investiert. In Singapur am Flughafen angekommen, wurden wir direkt nachdem wir aus dem Flugzeug ausgestiegen sind, von einer jungen sehr freundlichen Dame in Empfang genommen - das war zuerst ein Schreck, denn wir dachten, zuhause wäre etwas passiert aber es sollte ganz anders kommen. Diese Dame sagte, sie wäre für uns zuständig und hat uns an allen anderen Reisenden vorbeigeschleust, zur Passkontrolle (NULL Wartezeit!) und zum Zoll (NULL Wartezeit) und letztendlich zu den Gepäckbändern begleitet. Leider ist ein Koffer nicht angekommen, deswegen hatte es am Ende doch länger gedauert. Dann hat die Dame Kontakt zu "einem Fahrer" aufgenommen und uns nach draußen begleitet. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten war die Limmousine vorgefahren und hat uns ins Hotel gebracht. Am Hotel wurden wir direkt wieder in Empfang genommen durch einen sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter des MBS. Er hat uns an den Check-in Countern vorbeigeschleust und in einem separaten, sehr ruhigen Bereich mit uns allein das Check-in übernommen und alle Formalitäten durchgeführt. Inzwischen haz ein seiner Mitarbeiterinnen unser Gepäck und Jacken schon mal auf das Zimmer gebracht. Der junge Mann hat uns alles erklärt und uns dann ins Zimmer begleitet. Wir sind für 3 Nächte hier gewesen und es war einzigartig. Einen Service und Aufmerksamkeit, die seines gleichen sucht. Ich habe gefragt, wo man denn einen offiziellen Corona Test machen lassen kann, denn eigentlich hätten wir dafür zurück zum Flughafen fahren müssen. Wir sind 4 Tage später auf ein Kreuzfahrtschiff gegangen und dies war eben die Voraussetzung. Der junge Mann hat gesagt, dass er sich um alles kümmern würde. Einen Tag später ist mir eingefallen, dass sehr gute Freunde von uns in Singapur dazukommen, die auch aufs Schiff gehen und einen solchen offiziellen Test benötigen - die beiden sind jedoch in einem anderen Hotel untergekommen.

Hôtel mythique à faire une fois mais beaucoup trop de monde.

La Chambre était magnifique mais j'ai été surclassé. Les acces prioritaires pour les clients de l'hotel (seulement pour une catégorie de ch...) L'emplacement.

C'est énorme et vraiment très très impersonnel, c'est un lieu touristique. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n'est pas très agréable et toujours débordé, pas à la hauteur de l'Hôtel

Absolutely awesome.

Pool was awesome and everything we expected. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room to a city view, which we did and did not regret it at all. The rooms were very clean and had almost everything required.

Could not find somewhere to hang up bathers (it may have been in the room somewhere but we could not find it). That would be the only thing it seemed to miss.

Once in a lifetime hotel stay - but super expensive.

Room content and facilities were exceptional. Rooftop pool is once in a lifetime thing to do. Stunning view of Singapore. Staff were spectacular.

Asked for family in 2 rooms to be located near each other. We were 3 floors apart - after specifically asking at checkin to be close together. in a hotel with 100s of rooms this should have been possible to do. Super expensive. Cost us about $1,700 AUD per night for a room (not a suite) with city views.

新加坡的地标建筑，入住体验非常完美！办理入住时，前台免费升级了房间，Tower 2，2679房间，滨海花园景观房！退房体验也很完美！酒店的无边泳池在顶层57层，198米高，是世界上最长的无边泳池，只有房客才可以进入无边泳池区域，在顶层可以俯瞰新加坡市中心区域，还可以俯瞰整个滨海花园美景。酒店顶层的早餐厅，一边是滨海花园景观，另一边是无边泳池风景，餐品蛮丰富的，尤其喜欢各种奶酪。
