Very good hotel located in good area with great transit options

Great location close to several MRT stations including one across the street. Bars and restaurants in the area. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Staff friendly.

Breakfast food quality should improve and some selections should change daily.

Hôtel de style colonial, très bien placé dans Singapour. Nous avons été surclassés, et les chambres étaient très agréables. Le personnel est sympathique et la forme du club est plutôt avantageuse.

Great value. Perfect staff. Awesome hotel

Location was perfect. I wanted to be walking distance to orchard road. The gym was small but adequate if I was alone. There were five others at 06.00 and unusable. But anytime fitness had three locations nearby, and I’m a member in Australia. So that worked well. Staff were above and beyond. Super friendly and helpful.

Gym too small. There was a pipe leak in my room, but they were onto it after I informed them.

Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families. Especially vegetarian people.

Frankly nothing!

Poor help on arrival! When we arrived Concierge were absent and when eventually they came they were not helpful with luggage. Just ignored us. Booking is slow! Reception was dealing with a booking issue and we waited for 20 minutes before able to get checked in. Food For any purpose when people travel, they need good food, especially when staying with decent hotel. This hotel does not serve food after 8pm. Our flights were delayed hence we arrived close to midnight and needed food. But management simply asked us to order on Grab app. This is not acceptable service for travellers to suddenly know how to order locally and have means to know all. Breakfast is included, but is significantly poor. Since I don’t know what we are paying for this “breakfast included” we are not able to value! Property does not care for Vegetarians! This is very unforgivable.

I found the hotel to be quiet and peaceful.

The room was clean and maintained daily by the hotel staff. Restaurant staff very polite and helpful. The small gym was adequate.

The room was clean but a little dated. Breakfast was mostly Asian but adequate. Location was a little bit far from main attractions

Comfort hotel in the heart of the action

Great location bus stop outside the door with MRT very close walking distance, good aircon, big room with loads of space, bathroom not so spacious but perfect, good shower, bed super comfy and pool view! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Definitely not value for money though.

The staff were very polite, and everything was clean. There's a good gym that's open all the time, as well as a pool and a jacuzzi. It's a 10-minute walk to Bugis and 20 minutes to Little India.

I personally felt that the room could use more lighting, as the lamps were only in the corners and by the entrance. I prefer bright, well-lit rooms.

Ok for the price, but with compromises.

Perfect position, lots of options for quick food and grocery. Price ok for the city.

The price was ok for the quality but it starts to show its age, the carpet/ moquette choice doesn’t help. No room service after 8pm and no possibility to charge the bar to the room frankly was a downside.

Excellent room size and location. Right above the MRT. Breakfast fantastic, executive club access also fantastic. All staff really helpful and lovely. Would definitely go back

Pool was temporarily closed due to renovations but the staff arranged for us to use their sister hotel pool and taxi there and back. Absolutely fantastic.

Price-quality doesn’t match

The location was perfect! You have a metro station that easily connects you with the city and the airport. The bed is comfortable There’s a 7eleven just next to the hotel door They have complementary drinks in the minibar

The hotel needs some renovation. The rooms smell a little to humidity The breakfast is really overpriced For 1/2 nights is ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

Nice rooms. A bit above the standard hotel rooms.

Terrible lobby, no coffee shop or restaurant (except one that also serves as a noisy disco), plenty of wasted space in the property which could be a fantastic lobby or culinary area.

A special 'shout out' to the entire staff for making my stay such an 'unforgettable' experience!

The location, staff, amenities, room comfort were all exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top notch accommodation experience.

I can't think of a thing wrong with this stay @ Rendezvous. Again, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting an experience that offers a 5 star experience at a 3 star price.

Disappointing

Good position near bus stop and MRT. An early check in was accommodated upon arrival.

The corridor and room smelled of damp. The dining room was closed due to renovations, however breakfast was set up similar to a conference venue. The only option for eggs was with meat. As a family of four we requested 8 boiled eggs, and we were informed that they only had 3 boiled eggs. How hard is it to boil an egg? This happened the next day too. Only 3 eggs available!!! We also requested gluten free bread, which the staff member went downstairs to obtain. This took more than 10 minutes. The outside walls visible from the pool area were dirty, unlike the walls facing the public on the street.

Friendly staff

Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly reception desk staff and porters. We arrived early and staff kindly gave us early check-in. A refreshing swim after our long flight was most therapeutic.

Air conditioning is too cold throughout the hotel. And too much air-freshener/fragrance.

Gute Lage sehr zentral, bei Club-Buchung viele angenehme Vorteile . Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Würden dort wieder buchen .Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich

First time at this central hotel.

Perfect location for my purpose. Lovely spacious design of room ( 0511)and helpful, proactive concierge staff. Included breakfast was copious. Good transport connection

A bit worn at the edges. Aircon too cold and had to request help to turn it off. Pricey for this weekend
