Als "De Luxe" haben wir leider nur das Desinteresse am Gast wahrgenommen

Der schattige Garten und der Pool sind im Sommer sicherlich sehr schön, das war es aber auch schon so ziemlich an Positivem, was wir zu dieser Unterkunft sagen können.

Das generelle Bild, welches wir in so ziemlich jedem Detail unseres Aufenthalts in der Villa das Rosas wahrgenommen haben, ist ein generelles Desinteresse am Gast. Die "Highlights" unseres Aufenthalts in der Zusammenfassung: Personal: - gelangweilte und lustlose Angestellten an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück - Keinerlei Hilfestellung bei Fragen (z.B. Restaurantempfehlungen) - Keinerlei Support zur Problemlösung (z.B. versperrte Zufahrt zum Parkplatz, überfüllter Parkplatz, ....) Zimmer: - 08/15-Zimmerschlüssel bei gleichzeitig unkontrollierter Zugangsmöglichkeit zum Gebäude - penetranter, beißender Geruchs-Cocktail aus Schulgebäude-Reinigungsmittel und Chemie-Raumduft in der Unterkunft - Billige und HÄUFIG bereits defekte Einrichtung / Ausstattung im Zimmer - Wasserkocher und 2 Tassen VORHANDEN, als Willkommensgeschenk jedoch nur ein einziger Teebeutel Kamillentee - Bad mit Badewanne und 1/2 Duschkabine. Dazu eine Badematte, die nur etwas größer als ein Putzlappen - Fehlender Abflussstopfen, daher keine Möglichkeit ein Bad zu nehmen - Papp-Zahnputzbecher OHNE Schutz-/Umverpackung (weder hygienisch noch appetitlich!!!) - Verrostete Handtuchhalter, ansonsten keine Möglichkeiten etwas zum Trocknen aufzuhängen - Geruch im Bad erinnert an Bahnhofstoilette - Keine Heizmöglichkeit im Bad - Sehr schmales Doppelbett Frühstück: - Frühstücksbuffet nur gerade mal mit dem Notwendigsten - Extrem dünner und nur lauwarmer Filterkaffee aus der Pumpkanne - Statt gesundem Mineralwasser nur Leitungswasser (inkl. starkem Chlorgeruch-/geschmack) auf dem Frühstücksbuffet -

Terrible.

Nadie NUNCA en la recepción. Mobiliario exterior roto, jardín nada cuidado. Lo venden como un hotel con bar pero NO tienen. Masajes bajo pago? Nadie para dar información sobre ello. Por el pago de la habitación teníamos agua y fruta, nunca recibimos nada. No hay nunca nadie disponible a quien preguntarle, solo cuando llegas los llamas por teléfono y esperas 20min a que vengan a hacerte el chekin. Una vergüenza de sitio.

Sítio muito agradável e com um pequeno almoço muito bom. A localização é muito central e facilmente se vai a pé até à zona antiga de Sintra.

Sfeervol, fijne tuin waar je op verschillende plekjes lekker kunt zitten.

I read wonderful reviews about the venue. None of this was reflected in reality.

Breakfast was average. Very little choice. To find coffee in a container was disappointing. The croissants were nice. I liked that I could park my car.

The bedroom was awful. Too small and poorly decorated. It was difficult to move in the bathroom. The bed was too small for 2 people. There was no ventilation or air conditioning, which is appalling. Electrical plug was falling off the wall which is a safety risk. Orange juice had no taste as it was diluted with water.

Lovely stay

Location is really close to the bus and metro station, within a 10 minute walk. It's a bit further from the historic district, approximately a 25-30 minute walk. The room was comfy and I liked having a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. The grounds were clean and pretty. It was too cold for the pool but it looked great. There's also a pretty friendly black cat on the grounds.

Front desk has limited hours. I had to check out at 7am and couldn't reach anyone by phone to let then know I had left the key in the room since the reception office was closed.

Gostei bastante do espaço exterior, e o quarto estava bem decorado.

O pessoal da limpeza não teve o cuidado que seria expectável ter com a última estadia no quarto. Nem vou dizer o que se encontrava preso no ralo da bacia.

Great stay. Love the place. Will book again.

The classy furniture and linen at bedroom and bathroom; the cool furniture all over the garden to relax; the excelent breakfast with fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, freshly made eggs, pastel de nata and French bakery; the quiet location, but still close to restaurants, city center and bus stop for castle tours; the swimming pool and private inside parking place. Will book it again for sure. Good quality for price.

Good location. Pool and surrounding area was nice.

Our room was overrun with a strong smell of SEWAGE during both nights, coming from the bathroom. This stopped us from being able to sleep. We mentioned it to the hotel, who clearly knew this was an existing problem. They just sent maintenance staff during the day (who probably just cleaned the bathroom to little effect). They refused to offer any alternative, and refused to compensate us for what was a terrible experience. After leaving I developed multiple cold sores, which could well have been from drinking contaminated water.

if you are looking for a peaceful oasis to get away from the Sintra crowds, this is the place to stay and recharge !

peaceful, quiet, but secluded from Sintra but still 20 min walking distance. clean and well decorated.

Breakfast was great, location was perfect, we could walk everywhere.

There was an intense smell of mold in our room, so bad we had to open all door and windows every time we went in there. You could see the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. If we had been staying longer than 2 nights I would’ve requested a different room or moved to a different hotel. The pillows were not comfy, they were pretty much flat. Also there was no coffee in the room, and breakfast/coffee was not served until 8:30 so if you have to or want to wake up early to leave or go do things, you’ll miss breakfast.

We had a lovely stay. The place exceeded my expectations and I would go back!

The breakfast was exceptional! The staff were friendly, the grounds were beautiful and relaxing. I found the location was perfect - close enough to town to walk about 10-15min and far enough for a relaxing retreat! I would highly recommend this villa.
