Fantastic stay, very stylist / user friendly accommodation.

Excellent location, walking distance to Lake Wendouree, 10mins drive to hospital precinct. Ground floor apartment very suitable for older person with mobility aids, doorways & passage very wide. Very stylist apartment, comfy beds with electric blankets and extra heater in one of the bedrooms (Ballarat have very cold nights). Gas heating was easy to use and heated the entire apartment. Split system heating / cooling also available. Fully equipped kitchen. Large shower in bathroom, great water pressure and hot water. Entry and exit to property was very easy with parking on site. No reception on site but easily contactable via phone. All the comforts of home but better..

Nothing. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Fsntastic location, lovely, spacious and modern apartments. Highly recommend!!!

clean, fresh, spacious, comfy bed, kitchen had tea bags:coffee, cracked salt and pepper, oil and a small long life milf for tea. great location!!!

All but 3 of the properties were fantastic!!! Grove st, unit 4, had a subtle scent of curry throughout the unit. we had to keep opening the front door and windows to try and get some air flow. it wasn’t awful, but it was definitely there.

The homely unit was very suitable for a relaxing few days with family.

Spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a longer stay

Drains in the bathroom were slow to empty. The handbasin filled so quickly it overflowed.

Well located apartment with parking but tired and in need of some improvement

The apartment is tired and old fashioned not quite as advertised. We were disappointed with the cleanliness the area around the washing machine in the bathroom doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for months!

Apart from access to the apartment overall we were satisfied with our choice.

Close to the lake and it’s plethora of cafés Modern, new looking furniture

Calling this luxury apartments is a bit of a stretch - it’s a done up 1950’s unit block, and for the price expected more. As per age of the building: No noise insulation-we heard all our neighbors every move. The advertised off street parking was a garage so small our car didn’t fit in it. No alternative parking either. If you get assigned unit 6, I recommend you ask for another unit to avoid this.

Comfortable and spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Wendouree Luxury Apartments. We stayed in an upstairs apartment located in a beautiful, leafy street surrounded by magnificent old, stately homes. The unit was conveniently located close to shops and restaurants and only a few hundred metres from Lake Wedouree and a fabulous little coffee shop for our morning coffees. We had great undercover parking off the street and a balcony out front looking over the street below. The unit was spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent location and a comfy stay!

We have spent 3 nights at the apartment and it felt like living in our second home. The location was excellent as it was in near proximity to all the main attractions! The apartment was equipped with all the items required to prepare a decent breakfast and we pretty much made our own easily (Utensils, Fridge, Electric Kettle, Oven etc. was there). Wifi quality was good and even though the TV wasn't a smart TV, it wasn't a big deal for us. Bed rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the apartment was very well presented.

It would be nice if extra care was taken to clean the commode. There's a little bit of room for improvement in the heating department (maybe an upgrade would help, especially during the winter). Again, none of the above factors were significant by any means for us, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a comfortable stay in a great location

Nice location clean and comfortable

Not having any communication from the hosts, only an email, and the way the rules were written regarding cleaning up and use of facilities made us feel a bit less welcomed.

A comfortable stay in Lake Wendouree

Location. Nice apartment. Comfortable Beds. Foxtel. Roomy. On site parking.

Kids screaming and running around in the room above us. No bowels for breakfast. No microwave bowels The shower was not very clean Not really “luxury”. Not enough extra blankets. The door locks were difficult to use.

Everything and in very close proximity to aquatic centre and within walking distance to some awesome eateries

Didn't have a dryer as we needed to get our towels washed and dryed for next day of races at aquatic centre.

The code on door and early check in was great

The front of the building wasnt what I expected and I thought it was on the Lake but it was just lovely in side.
