The Old Town Bed & Breakfast was superb and Tracy was an exceptional host, friendly, cheerful and only too wiling to make our stay comfortable, memorable and most enjoyable. Our room was in the attic but no problem, it was beautifully set up and tastefully decorated. Tracy’s partner Graham also took our luggage up the stairs and down when we were leaving, much appreciated by us Senior travellers!
The B&B is very centrally located and parking is OK if you pay parking over 6pm you have free parking overnight until 9am. This is because parking is in a restricted area, ie. permit. Breakfast was very good and should please everyone. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone wishing to visit this historic town and its many attractions.

No complaints, everything about our room, our host, the B&B, the location was perfect!

In a key position in the old town, at the junction of High Street and George Street and near the Old Town sea front. Despite this we were not affected by noise, as I wondered if we would be. The room is small but OK for our stay of 2 nights. Anyone not agile should note that the accomodation is up a narrow staircase. We were made welcome and were well looked after and the breakfasts were generous. There is a good choice of evening meal places nearby in the High and George Streets and also the well regarded fish and chip shops.

The owner was welcoming and she served an excellent English Breakfast. The bedroom was cosy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The bathroom was cold because it was January but there was a good heating element which we used when needed. The shower was very nice. There was sufficient space for our clothing in the wardrobe and dresser.

Tracey was a wonderful, warm and accommodating host. The room we stayed in was nice and cosy, perfect for the little getaway I had in mind. The location is perfect- just off the Old Town high street and the beach. The breakfast was fabulous too.

Perfect location, right in the centre of the Old Town. Very friendly owners and a nice clean bedroom, with a bath, which I prefer. Nice breakfast.
If you had a fry-up breakfast (which was lovely!), you couldn't have a yoghurt, which I really like for breakfast. One option only.

Spacious room, room was very clean, loved that they provided option like Netflix and Disney channel. They provide full sized complimentary toiletries and full sized mugs in room. Breakfast was very tasty. Great location.
There are a lot of stairs to room.

Excellent location, friendly owners, lovely breakfast, nicely decorated room, pleasant view.
The TV from the room next door could be heard very clearly in mine – but that is obviously not the B&B's fault!

So lucky to find the best place to stay in Hastings. Wonderful charming room with view to the sea and to the fun fair. Such a nice owner she even spoke German fluently and always there for help and a chat . Breakfast was delicious! The place was so central, nothing more we could wish for! Thank you
I even liked the complicated but charming steps up to our room!

Great location in the heart of the old town. Tracey is such a friendly and welcoming host and her breakfast is terrific. Supplies of good toiletries provided as well as steaming services on tv. Tracey went above and beyond when we had to leave very early and prepared a delicious cold breakfast for us in advance.

The location was excellent, right by the beach front and also the old town where there are lots of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore.
The room we had was right at top and had a sea view. The room was spotless and comfy with everything we needed. Toiletries provided and tea and coffee etc.

Quite unique for me being used to hotel chains. Location couldn’t be better being central and very close to the promenade in the old town.
Incredibly nice and helpful hostess ❤️
Dated room but with mod cons to compensate. Top floor room, so I was able to converse directly with seagulls who felt the need for a chat at 4am

Lovely Guesthouese with beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast and a very friendly host.
It`s very central and you`ve got lovely pubs and shops in walking distance.
Parking is a real problem...but if you are willing to walk a little bit, you can find a spot in the neighbourhood.

Breakfast was exceptional. The bedroom was very cosy, lots of nice natural light, good view, from looking out. The guesthouse felt very neat and tidy. The host was very friendly and made you feel very welcome.
Shower was a bit awkward to use, however I’m sure that’s not a big concern.

Very welcoming atmosphere, friendly owner, great breakfast
The room was a tiny bit smaller than I anticipated but was OK otherwise, the shower in bathroom and mirror too high on the wall couldn't reach to use it.

I have stayed here before and it really is a little gem if you are okay with a few stairs. Beautiful clean rooms with great sea views and added little extras in the rooms, which is a lovely Tracey special touch. Breakfast options are amazing too.

really friendly accommodating staff :) gorgeous breakfasts and right in the old town close to everything . Its also great as it has a modern TV with Netflix /bbciplayer ..even colouring pencils and colouring books and we were lent an umbrella as it was a bit rainy at first .
would prefer private bathroom but it didn’t really matter and there were no problems with sharing.
