Overall fantastic apartment in a great location.

2 level penthouse apartment with accessible balcony. Wonderful views of southbank and the surrounding city. 2 Bathrooms and 3 toilets

Air con units difficult in adjusting room temperature. Main air con unit had high pitch ringing sound.

It’s just ok for 1 night.

It’s clean, washing and clothes dryer are very handy.

Couch/sofa needs steam cleaning. The kitchen drawer needs fixing. The bathroom sink is too small that you can bump your head with the above cupboard when using it.

Great location and fabulous apartment

Great city centre location and close to main train station and airport link bus. South bank was a very short walk away which was fab visiting in the evening time and a fab view of the city at night and seeing the big flames that line the river. Apartment was really nice with all the amenities we needed, even a washing machine and drier and a dishwasher. Full sized fridge too.

The only thing was the sound of the trains. We weren’t too bothered by them ,but would imagine some might find it a bit much. My son said it was like white noise/background noise. Trains stopped around midnight then started back up about 6-7ish in the morning.

Amazing hotel, would highly recommend.

Perfect location as it’s easily accessible to public transport. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The Riverview room has a gorgeous view.

Would not stay again

Location and beds were very good. Very noisy on the floor we were given. ON OUR 2ND DAY WE WERE LOCKED OUT. Removed off key cards. Tried getting up in the lift just on 8pm and couldn't use. Caught the last person at reception who was ready to go. Told we had only been put in for day. Rubbish. We had been in and out off and on most of the day. Our card from reception when booking in definitely said 2 days not one. Also I took the ball of mis finger off on bathroom door. Went down for a couple of bandaids and when explained all I got was Oh Dear. Nothing else, no incident report andf this finger is still healing. thanks very much

Main bedrooms mattress was a little soft as you tended to roll into the centre.

地點很棒，有南十字星火車站、機場Skybus車站，路面電車站等，交通非常方便。飯店旁有一間7-11，鄰近的南十字星火車站內有超市，旁邊有大型賣場coles和outlet，購物便利。有請飯店給我高樓層房間，但在24樓還是可以聽到些微火車經過的聲音，如果是低樓層可能會很吵。高樓層景觀很棒，亞拉河日落、夜景、日出都看的到。

飯店櫃台只有上午8點到下午8點有開，剛到房間要先檢查有沒有缺東西，才能在櫃檯下班前送到房間。第一天發現廚房內缺了"砧板"，第二天發現飯店沒有主動清潔房間，才知道缺少了"補充掛牌"。後來飯店告知沒有清潔服務，只能更換毛巾、衛浴品、茶包、洗碗劑、洗衣粉等。床鋪太軟，睡了幾天很不舒服。只有一台空調在客廳，兩間房間內都沒有空調，都必須開著門。兩間臥室，共用一間浴室。

Could be better

Though the property is located at the fringe of Flinders, it is a convenient location for public transport!

The toilet floor doesn’t dry.. facilities is also old. Did not get the river view as we are assigned to the lower floor.

Excellent stay, lovey river views and great staff

Really appreciated how helpful the Canvas staff were during booking and managing my booking. The room was excellently furnished and the bed was really comfortable.

The noise from the railway and also helicopter pad on the river made it hard to sleep and wasn't easy to block out.

Hidden gem

Loved the apartment. Had everything you could want, including washine machine and dryer (not that we used it, but there if needed) The bed was the most comfortable bed l've slept in. Spotlessly clean. Great location.

Good relaxing stay, definitely recommend and will come back as well.

Awesome view and all necessities available in the apartment. Very helpful and professional staff.

No AC inside the room, only one present is in living room/kitchen. No daily cleaning done of room by housekeeping. Train station nearby, so sometimes feel noise to be too loud..

It is as a flawless stay. Extremely easy directions for a lock box for late check in, great location in an easy to find spot near PT. Rooms are equipped with absolutely everything you could need. Very modern, criminally clean. Staff go above and beyond to cater to your requirements. 10/10

Modern Apartment with Spectacular Views

The apartment is modern and spacious. The photos are accurate. We are a group of 4 and the 2-bedroom suite was spacious enough to fit us all. The views from the unit was spectacular. The kitchen is complete. Love that it have a washing machine and dryer. TV has Netflix and YouTube. WiFi is fast. Staff are friendly. Location is perfect. Tram station is very close.

You could hear the trains passing by but it wasn't much of an issue for us. The reception only has limited operating hours.

Great location, excellent facilities, everything you need, very happy to recommend and return there.

Great location, tram outside going two directions, two stations within easy range. Good facilities, well kept and clean, helpful staff, definitely a come-again place to stay.

Maybe a little noisy because of the trains and trams, but that comes with the location, sometimes you have to trade-off, and we still got a good night's sleep.

Superb

Good location, not too far from the bus station and the free tram is right in front of the hotel. The room is spacious with great facilities. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the room with detergent provided which is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Those who are sensitive to noises should consider bringing earplugs since the hotel is close to a railway track and there are trains constantly passing by.
