The breakfast and everything about the hotel was first class and it was a total pleasure staying there.

It’s a little bit pricey

The room was good but it was possible to hear noise from the adjacent ones and this was not really relaxing

My medical needs were met as I was given a room which would support me. very grateful. In addition the garden was also very good. Lovely atmosphere and a real bonus
Breakfast was substantial and excellent. Very good choice.

A wonderful welcome, delightful room and superb breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere with excellent staff and everything to a high standard, perfect location for our needs. The proximity to the front allowed for a lovely stroll on the Sunday morning before we pointed the car north for the 325 mile drive. Thank you so much.
There wasn't anything!!

The room was lovely - very well appointed. Breakfast lovely & staff great, very friendly and helpful. Great location - interesting building.
I left some feedback about the water pressure in the shower being low - I understand the plumbing is being replaced.

Great location
Good breakfast
Clean
Very nice staff
Room was an attic one. Odd layout. Very average for the price.
There was an overpowering smell from a plug-in air freshener which was too strong for the size of the room but the musty smell it was obviously trying to hide was not great.
Overall it’s not a bad place. I think we were unlucky with the room and the decor was not to our taste - a bit odd really.
4.5
Lovely spacious room and bathroom with very comfortable bed. Location very close to local amenities. Good choice of breakfast dishes.
Can’t think of anything!

Room was large and very nicely decorated. It was airy, facilities were very good. Lots of art work throughout the whole hotel and including the rooms which, all by local artists I believe. Staff were lovely. Very polite at all times and very obliging.
Everything was lovely. Nothing to dislike

Parking available directly outside the guesthouse. Very friendly welcome. Bedroom and bathroom very clean and had a fan available. Good tea, coffee, chocolate drink, water in room with biscuits and sweet jar with fruit salad and black jacks😘!
Large choice for cooked breakfast, as well as juice, fruit and cereals and excellent coffee.
Lovely, friendly waiting staff.

lovely view from window onto a garden, very quiet. the staff were very helpful as i had to leave before breakfast so left me cereal and fruit
4.0
Location was very good, close enough to the seafront to very quickly get to the centre, but also on a quiet street so minimal noise at night.
The only time I saw anyone who worked there was at breakfast, and when I collected my bag at the end of the day. It was difficult to find someone to speak to to ask questions.
