The flat is clean and comfortable. All equipment is good.

I did not receive the email with the arrival information so it was pretty confusing when we got there. However, I called the helpdesk and it was quickly rectified.

Excellent location, great to be near the railway station -- a comfortable home and a responsive team

It's a very well appointed and maintained apartment with two proper bedrooms and two excellent bathrooms. Great kitchen.

Well, global warming is going to make these un-air conditioned apartments more and more of a liability. Also the balcony was very pigeon poo covered. I mentioned this and the management sent a brave soul who did a very thorough job of cleaning the balcony.

Lovely modern apartment but location occasionally noisy.

Lovely, modern, clean apartment. Very spacious with lots of storage. Easy check in. Great customer service.

Main bedroom window didn’t shut properly increasing noise from outside. Not great for light sleeper due to noise from tesco express, Royal Mail sorting office and the train line. There were also audible thumps from weights being dropped in the gym below which was occasionally annoying late at night (24 hour gym).

Brilliant High Quality Apartments, catering for all needs, high standard and very spacious

Great location next to the Train Station and Tesco Express. High Street around the corner. Apartments were of a very high standard and very impressed will look to stay here again in the future Nice welcome pack

Very good

Spacious, clean and fresh

Shower screen in en suite needs adjusting. Checkout time of 10am was too early - even 11am would have felt more reasonable. Finally, would have preferred to have 2 sets of keys but when I asked for that the response was that if we were given 2 sets then no one could help us if we lost/ forgot them?!

Very good

Came here as our first girls holiday and we absolutely loved staying here. Was very clean and spacious and we had a balcony on the third floor. Close enough to walk to the beach and local cafes and we walked to Brighton along the seafront most days. Would definitely recommend.

No cutlery even though it said it would be fully equipped. The extra bed was overpriced and wasn’t put up for us. We were not given an extra pillow for the extra bed.

A great base for a holiday in Brighton and Hove, we had a great time!

A beautifully presented flat, with great facilities in a great area close to local shops and a minute walk from Hove station. Would definitely stay again.

A couple of minor issues, I had asked for parking and when we arrived it hadn't been allocated. It was Saturday afternoon and the out of hours contact was helpful but unable to resolve the issue so I finished up having to pay for on street parking until Monday evening because of the rather threatening notices in the spaces alongside the building. Parking in Brighton and Hove is difficult and expensive. However the letting company sorted it out for me on Monday and delivered a permit. Due to Covid restrictions we opted not to have the flat cleaned during our stay so it was a little surprising to find that there were no cleaning materials or spare bin liners provided and disposal of rubbish and recycling was not made clear.

The flat was absolutely clean and comfortable. Great location. The hosts graciously allowed us to check in earlier due to our circumstances.
