Mooi klassiek hotel op een goede locatie.

Het ontbijt (a la carte) was erg lekker. Het penthouse dat we hadden was erg ruim met goede bedden. De douche was prima, maar koud/warm water fluctueerde een beetje. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Vanaf het hotel loop je in ongeveer een kwartier naar het centrum. Het hotel heeft een privé parkeerplaats (gratis).

De inrichting van het penthouse is wat sfeerloos.

The only thing missing was lack of vegetarian/Vegan food options. Other than that everything was great.

Very dissapointed, rude staff, stole us £50 from our card without asking/discussing

The break fast was moderate, the stuff not polite, they were starting that we could have break fast at 9 am and at 9.20 they were starting hoovering around us while we were eating and they were putting the drinks, jams, etc away from 9.10. We didn't like anything

The staff stole £50 from our account because 2 tubes of soap were missing. Very rude over the Phone when tried to explain the situation where the self was not stable and they fell/broke down. So be careful when paying by card

Really pleasant stay with very friendly staff

Really great staff who are very helpful (needed to iron and for directions to my venue). The room was very good and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here if I am in this part of Cardiff again.

Good Location and great communal area (Victorian house style). Staff was very friendly and gave us good tips for restaurants nearby.

Wifi was poor and there was bad air in the room owing to poor air circultion (bathroom had only a small fan)

Check in went smoothly. Breakfast was good.

Car praking was difficult as space was limited and bins and a skip also took up the limited space. Second evening we had to park on the road.

Location was great for our trip to the World Super Cross event at the Principality Stadium. Breakfast was superb with staff really friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Lovely, friendly accommodation in a great location but found to be dated & some repairs needed.

Bathroom had a damaged panel and shower screen not clean. Found the cutlery & teapot still mucky also had eggs shell in mg scrambled egg breakfast.

Great find in Cardiff

Loved location,quiet and nice walk to city . Leafy suburb. Clean comfy lovely room and big bed. Parking a bonus and free. Really friendly staff. Lovely bathroom toiletries and shower. Can't fault.

Very happy with this stay, easy check in, great breakfast to order and lovely staff with great parking right out the Back. The room is newly renovated, we loved it!! Only downside is there are a lot of stairs, but that's the same in nearly every property in UK so no problem there Thankyou very much we had a great stay

Very good place to stay while exploring Cardiff

Comfortable room and very good breakfast served in a nice breakfast room. The location is great to reach downtown Cardiff, the beautiful Bute Park, Cardiff Castle and Llandaff Cathedral. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

Friendly, courteous and helpful.

My experience with Lincoln House, from beginning to end, was the best I've experienced in many different establishments across the city. Very clean, friendly and professional. Highly recommended in my opinion.
