Pleasant stay with good weather in a very walkable city.

The apartment was as advertised and met our expectations. Close to the train station and a short walk to Castle and main pedestrian street walk of Cardiff. Great food and bar options close by and on the river. The best was across the river from the Stadium; a wonderful location. Large windows enhanced the view and provided plenty of natural lighting. The technology worked and lots of room to spread out for an office work station and cooking/eating in.

Interior doors were all self-closing with no door stops provided, making it inconvenient to move between rooms.

Great for a one night stay as a gang to watch a show in the city.

Great location with some on street parking. Short walk into the City along the river. Basket of welcome items very appreciated.

Parking would have been an issue if we hadn’t been luck enough to park right outside.

Excelente apartamento cerca del centro.

La amplitud y lo cerca del centro de la ciudad. Habitaciones muy cómodas y baño muy confortable. Tiene suficientes toallas para todos y detalle de gel champú y acondicionador en el baño.

La cocina tenía los muebles un poco sucios y el suelo un poco también. En la terraza había muchas colillas de cigarros. Las habitaciones y baño estaban en perfectas condiciones.

Very close to city centre . Very nice flat with everything you need. Robes and slippers a nice addition.

Excellent location and very confortable

All facilities were great. Powerful and hot shower.

We didn't use the kitchen, but it didn't appear to have enough to cook a meal rfom scratch, but did have enough to put a simple meal together.

The photos on booking.com show the upstairs flat whereas we had the basement flat which was great but I think photos of all apartments would be better.

Great location, good choice for a short stay

Very comfy bed, great check in instructions, good facilities, central location

Could have been cleaner, but only in two areas, the bedroom floor had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom sealant was mouldy

Great location - don’t stay in the basement flat 1.

Location is perfect, beds were very comfortable, soft clean bed linen and nice touch with white company toiletries

We stayed in apartment 1, the basement. (I had requested ground floor at time of booking due to mums mobility issues, I didn’t hear back from them so either this was ignored or not possible, but would have been nice to know) The smell of damp was awful and they are using ‘plug ins’ to try and mask it which combined with the damp was horrible. There are wooden floors and creaky floorboards in the flat above so the guests woke us up when they came home at 11.30pm and then again at 6.30am when they left with their suitcases. I was shocked that there were no mugs or plates for us to use in the kitchen, only on the day we checked out did my little boy open the dishwasher and we found it was full from the previous guests - so everything we had needed was ‘hiding’ in there! We tried to use the ‘left luggage’ for £5.00 extra but then found out you have to take your luggage to a different location from the house we stayed in, I explained that wasn’t possible with mums health issues and having my baby boy with us, they offered us to leave the bags in our apartment for £30.00extra (late check out fee). I felt this was very poor service.

Spacious apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location on a quiet road near the station. It is well-equipped and mostly very clean.

The shower was a bit weak. Some of the carpets were stained but the place was clean overall.

Good central location by the river and Principality Stadium and close to railway station.

The fitted table is too high/stools too low? No cleaning materials provided. Carpets badly stained. These things wouldn't stop us returning however.

It was a relaxing experience

The property was aesthetically pleasing! Everything looked modern. More os, the property came with essentials like towels, bath items, utensils which was really nice. The after hours staff team where also helpful as well and quick to respond. I enjoyed my time at the property would definitely book again if coming down to Cardiff.

Easy check-in, excellent instructions, even for taxis and emergency medical numbers. Excellent location. It is near the train station and very near almost everything, and safe. There is a bus stop a few meters from the apartment for bus that goes to the city center.

You can hear the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. Otherwise, it is very quiet, and everything is good.

Excellent stay.

Main room and bedrooms were very spacious. The location was perfect as well. Everything worked as expected and the stay was comfortable. Well worth staying if you need somewhere close to the center.

The only gripe was the loud floor boards, in which soundproof flooring might help with. Noisy guests in the rooms above didn't help either but this isn't something that can be controlled by staff, however it did mean a few nights sleep were ruined by guests being inconsiderate and not keeping to the low noise after 10pm rule.

Very good

Over all very good. Location excellent for what we wanted which was to be close to principality stadium and shops. Also close to train station. Property was clean but sofas need replacing as they were faded and a bit shabby and tired looking. We enjoyed our stay in spite of cigarette smoke smell in bedroom, which wasn't pleasant as we don't smoke.

Stones throw from principality stadium and close to centre

Road closed due to event. Had to park further away. For the price we paid parking permit would have been a great help.

A perfect place to stay in Cardiff.

Great location 5 min walk from City Centre and a half hour stroll along the river to the bay. There was even an excellent farmer’s market outside the door on Sunday - ideal for breakfast. Clean and comfortably furnished, much appreciated the unexpected extras of The White Company toiletries, mini Prosecco and water. Staff were friendly, with a special call-out to Luke who was very helpful.

More shelves would be useful in bathroom and larger bath towels. However, overall a splendid property beautifully maintained - ideal.
