Toppen mysigt hotell o härligt med vattnet så nära.

Trevligt hotell o personal, god frukost o sköna sängar. Nära till allt o så härligt att det är så nära till vattnet o sitta o njuta.

Very nice hotel in the city centre.

Very clean, tidy hotel. Room was very clean, neatly decorated. I really liked the sleek design of the interior of the hotel. John Bauer illustrations to give it a more personal touch. Friendly staff too. Would definitely go again, to explore Jönköping some more. All for a very good price.

Not much to complain. The parking spot was a bit tight, but what can you expect in a city centre?

Nice rest and quick visit to the city.

Good Location. Nice playroom for baby. Very Comfortable room.

Breakfast was in the average. Gym was basic. I was expecting something more.

Would not return due to the items mentioned

Modern & clean. Staff very good. Excellent location, plus parking on site.

View from the room was of the rubbish bins! King size bed was so uncomfortable.The mattress was so thin (less than 100mm) and way too soft…..complained to reception, but that was how all the beds are. Breakfast was very uninspiring. Also very crowded, people were having difficulty getting a table.

Very nice room (Std double), prime location and friendly staff.

The restaurant was busy and could use an ekstra vacuuming.

Very disappointed with facilities and can’t understand the ratings.

Breakfast was good.

Room layout was odd and dated. Bed was uncomfortable and TV was in an odd location, not visible from bed really. I could not open what I assumed was the pull-down desk. Tub hand held device did not work and plug in tub shower was in a place where you continually step on it. Parking was full so had to park down the street a few blocks away which is not what you want to be doing late and tired. There is no loading zone as it is in a bus lane. The luggage cart tires were flat and made it difficult to wheel luggage.

Friendly staff and convenient location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the location was ideal with many nearby restaurants and public transportation options, and the breakfast was very good too.

There was no minibar in the room, however, the hotel did offer ice upon request, which partially made up for it. The curtains in the room were not blackout, so the room became quite bright early on (I was there in springtime).

It was nicely set out they were doing renovations and the staff member let us know that there would be noise after 10am

parking could of been more reasonable parking in the parking building was much cheaper
