El trato de las personas desde la persona que esta en recepcion hasta la aseadora, el que atiende el bar y la que sirve el desayuno gente Joven y bastante servil, ademas te indican como disfrutar del los paseos y te cuidan

Foi boa, mas pelo valor esperava mais da acomodação.

Os espaços novos e renovados estão ótimos! Local para o café e a piscina

Os quartos são pouco estruturados, não existe um balcão ou apoio para as malas, muita infiltração no banheiro, chuveiro enferrujado, e no nosso caso uniram 2 camas de solteiro, porém ficou um espaço no meio, muito ruim para dormir de casal.

Really Poor Breakfast Mass people treatment Water was out for several hours - so dining outside after a beach day was not possible! they invited to eat at the hotel - but later they put it at the bill - i denied this! now I’m trying to get my invoice since a week, everyday they send me promises… nothing happened until now. The worst experience ever! nobody cares about

Super lindo y cómodo, un poco retirado del centro, pero la isla es bastante segura, entonces no importa donde esté localizado.

Ubicación, afuera del hotel hay bastante basura, no hay playa para bañarse cerca.

Las instalaciones son cómodas y acogedoras el hotel no es muy grande pero bonito Las habitaciones cumplen con lo establecido El hotel cuenta con elevador, habitaciones con aire acondicionado

La distancia del centro de la isla está retirado, en toda la isla es necesario llegar en taxi o alquilar la motocicleta que es lo más conveniente

The staff is exceptional. They make you want to stay there again.

The breakfast is great.

Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and surrounding areas. That was a huge problem when my wife and daughter were unable to communicate with me when they were having flight delay issues. that is my reason for not giving a higher rating.

A chaotic and disorganized experience. I will never stay again.

it’s nice to look at and has a large pool

The staff and overall experience. First, we arrived around 10pm and they couldn’t find our booking. Even when I showed the confirmation, it took 30 minutes for them to show us to our room. Then, we realized our room had no towels so we had to go back to reception. Then a staff member came back up 10 minutes later to tell us they forgot to charge us, so we went back down but their machine wasn’t working so after 20 minutes they let us go back upstairs. In the morning, breakfast was very limited and the staff wasn’t happy if you asked for a second portion even though it was a buffet. At checkout they tried to charge us double the cost of our stay instead of the price on our confirmation from Booking.com, and it took another 25 minutes before they’d let us pay the price we booked it for. Was a very chaotic experience and I will never stay here again or recommend it.

the staff, Restaurant, Pool.

No phone to communicate to the front desk, the bathroom was in bad condition, the balcony door was almost open all the time.the worse is the location, far away from the center and the beach.

All the employees are amazing and so helpful, we had a great time staying here!

Breakfast was great, specially prepared for you when you are ready.

The location is a bit far from the center but with renting a motorcycle it was perfect

Exceptional

The location was very nice and very clean the value was exceptional and everything was within reach since it is located almost in almost in the center of the town.

The entrance road that takes you to the hotel is a dirt road. However everything in the hotel offset the little dirt road.

Beds were very comfortable balcony had a nice view to the sea as well as inward towards the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a distinct sewage smell coming out of the drains in the bathroom. The breakfast choices were a bit limited.

i wouldn’t recommend

the property is in a really bad part of the island and far from the tourist side. the pictures online give the wrong impression because It shows that it’s close to the beach but in reality it’s more like a loading dock and a bunch of trash cans. over all not very tourist friendly

the staff weren’t really friendly, the location was ugly and in a bad side of the island. the picture online are deceiving.

There isn't much to like about that place. Bad service, bad food, very poor house keeping, no amenities but a swimming pool, and a terrible location right next to what it looks like a rubbish dump. 😢

We specially hated the service, the staff wasn't very professional let alone friendly or even polite. Housekeeping really sucks, we found cockroaches at our door, our bathroom wasn't clean during our stay, they didn't even bother to replace the loo roll once it ran out not to mention the lack of any other sort of toiletries apart from a couple of soap bars.

Meals were overall really good.

Did not like the level of service shown by staff. I stayed in a first floor room, and the staff was very noisy. Once I finished my stay, and wanted to call a taxi, the staff was very displeasing and asked me to walk a kilometer to call one.

Rooms are very comfortable and it’s overall good price for quality. Personal was helpful and organised a last minute scooter rental.

i was asked to pay 200k pesos to be able to check in 1 h earlier in my room and had to argue a long time to just be able to get my room without paying this extortion ! The quality/price for food at the restaurant is quiet bad

It was clean had refrigerator big pool but only 4 lounge chairs 3 lounge beds and no umbrellas

No hot water, no potable water, not on or near beach(25 min walk), no toiletries, breakfast so so, bathroom beyond tiny with bad odor,balcony nice size but no chairs or table
