That is a little bit of distance to the beach. And the stairs system

very good personalized service. good was every nice. the staff very happy to help always.
no air conditioning or fans in common areas. room was a little “aged” could do with some upgrades. not able to park rented buggies at private beach

bathrooms too small dark

The room had a spectacular view.
There were strange rules were certain places only served food and drinks at specific times. You cant get any room service either. The rooms were poor quality. Our door to the balcony would always open, one night it rained heavily and half our floor flooded. We requested the floor to be mopped uo and it took them 3.5 hours for the staff to attend. This is NOT a 5 star all inclusive resort. Will never stay here again

amazing views. great staff
food was ok but not what I expected at all - I have to admit that is the only thing I did not enjoy as much — but it is so worth it, do book this place !!

Property in o a hill with no ADA accommodations. It will be good to let people know in case elderly or people with disabilities book at this location. Also the private beach is not inside the facility and the drive or walk could be shock for people specially if coming from other countries. They offer shuttle and is safe, but people should know!! Other that that the place is clean and food is good!

The rooms and the pools, along with the friendly staff. No realnissue except for a mosquito problem.
It was all inclusive, the quality if the food was generally poor, not fresh, not close to the real dishes they were trying to cook. The alcohol was heavily watered down and knock off, one choice of beer, served in a small paper cup, half small can size, you can order 2 of coarse but who are they kidding when cocktails are watered down liquor in paper cups.

Shuttle service to the private beach
Clean
No English speaking reception caused me a few disappointments.
No vegetarian snack options

All inclusive was the perfect option,.with free drinks and snacks available throughout the day, even at the private beach.
Shower hot and cold water system was difficult to get right. There is hot water but it is incredibly sensitive -- luke-warm or boiling.

The food is good.
The resort offers terrible value for money, the prices are similar to what you expect to pay in a Southern European resort but the facilities are far worse. Rooms are very small and old-fashioned with only the most basic items, similar to what you expect to find in a 2 star hotel. There was not even hot water in the room and I think that is unacceptable for a 4 star resort by the beach.
Definitely the most overpriced hotel I have ever been in.
The staff were very rude and impolite with a few exceptions, they respond to your requests but don't make the minimum effort to be nice.

- WLAN is only available in the lobby, not in the rooms or recreation area
- my room had no warm water for over a day (of 7)
- the walls are very thin. you can hear conversations of your neighbor. that's especially bad when your neighbor likes to watch TV while sleeping and you can't sleep until 3am
- they have chicken and a crowing cock in the whole area. you'll be awake early

Resort is very hilly, so you can get tired walking around the facility in the heat.

Pool, rooms
A lot of stairs, hard to climb, food was not so great except of the italian restaurant which was great!!

It has a beautiful view of the ocean. And the palm trees are beautiful!
The food was the same thing every time. There wasn’t a loT of options to eat.
3.8
The staff worked very hard but limited and overworked but with a smile.
Downstairs pool was nice and lots of room.
The grounds are nice with all the palm trees.
Few things here as we didn’t have any hot water in the bedrooms for 5 nights and cold showers everyday as they said it was broken but taking over 6 days with lots of guests as we are sure many disappointed tourists. Toilets didn’t work properly and had to flush numerous times to flush.
The walls are paper thin and you can here everything going on in the next room.
Shows were nothing and pretty much repeated nightly and very late at 10:00pm.
Food was mediocre at best as it was dry, they had to serve you which took long and long lines and not lots of variety.
Limited staff as the tables were full of dishes and you had to remove to find a place to sit.
Trattoria restaurant was very good but need to get up super early to make reservations.
Beach club seaweed was everywhere and never cleaned.
Drinks from the bar watered down and hit or miss in taste, sometimes okay and sometimes tasted like water.
Pool tables and ping pong closes super early and not mush to do on property for added fun.
Lastly way to many stairs as an elderly person may have a very rough time.
No bottled water or anything in room and then upstairs outside sitting area coffee and water always empty.
