Sportlich nichts für Ruhe suchende

Der Strand, das Zimmer und die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und der gute Reinigungsservice.

Es ist zu beachten, dass das Hotel mehr einer Kletteranlage (Berglage) gleicht. Eingeschränkte oder Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind sollten sich überlegen hier zu buchen. Alle Wege sind nur über steile und anstrengende Treppenanlagen zu erreichen (man könnte es auch als Sport bezeichnen), ein regelhafter Schuttelservice zu den Zimmern ist nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten die Deluxe Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, leider liegen diese,, so wie das gesamte Hotel gegenüber der Walking Street, somit ist ein ruhiger Schlaf kaum möglich. Die Pooltechnik sowie das gesamte Hotel sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Auf der Frühstücksterasse sind einige lose Bretter und man sollte aufpassen wo man hin tritt.

Location , beach , really nice place. Room with a private swimming pool is actually why I gave quite a high score.

The hotel is not in very good shape. What is really sad. How much money and time takes to refresh this nice place, clean everything properly inside and outside. Paint all inside and outside, these are quite cheap changes which can increase the quality of this place.

Amazing place with an amazing view and sunset

Lovely place, we love it!You can still the the consequences and the missing income oh the last years, put if they start to clean the area, it will be the perfect spot to relax. The infinity pool is amazing (but it also should be cleaned to see the beauty! The stuff is really nice. The housekeeping is lovely! The rooms are comfortable and nice decorated. I highly recommend this place.

A paradise lost to a business dispute,

The rooms are lovely.

A Paradise lost, if you have been here before think again its not what is used to be, The business has been sperated in two with a colditz style barded wire fence, big trespassing sign everywhere ruining the views The bar is outside & disarray, very dirty with industrial kitchen equipment just left to rot in new bar area, beach area is now longer cleaned, bins overflowing, lower pool& restaurant now no longer in use, first the manager attempted to move is to koh chang hostel, which dirty & budget at best. Sad to see the decline of this once great place to stay. Will not be returning. Be warned this place is not what it looks like on booking.com

Dirty hotel in kho Chang

It was the most dirty smelly place I have ever stayed disgusting nothing like your add . Just a scam to get you to up grade have posted photos on internet . It is disgusting

Super comfy rooms with an ocean breeze

Great location and nice staff. I asked for an extra chair and it was delivered super quickly.

Booked an seaview room, but view was obstructed by bungalows in front of mine.

Nice place to stay with family

Room was booked for mom and brother. It wasn’t expected that the unit is allocated in another side. By the way, it was easily upgraded to more comfy one. Clean room and awesome facilities are around. Breakfasts are great! Seaview is awesome

Cliff beach resort is the best resort for calm and quiet place to enjoy the seaview. we glad to come back and stay here for a weekend. look forward to come back. I like audio systems available in the suits for more fun.

Two bottles of water weren’t provided despite the suit was busy and we couldn’t allow staff to enter (personal reason). Please be more confident and at least leave some water. Kayaks are not safe as water gets into it quickly (1 hour and it’s sinking). Please take care of your facilities and don’t risk the own reputation. Sincerely

Acceptable

I liked: 1. The beach. The room was close to the beach, and the beach had white, powdery sand. 2. The size of the room. It was large. There was a lot of natural light too. 3. The shower was hot, and the air conditioning was cool.

I didn't like: 1. There was a kettle, but no free coffee :O 2. The bed was very large, because it's two beds they put together. You can feel the sag between the two beds. 3. The ocean itself was rocky, and there were some rocks on the ocean floor. 4. The free breakfast was quite bland in my opinion. They did have yummy pancakes, however they didn't have any syrup though. 5. The cocktails they have are very sweet without a lot of alcohol.

Good and will stay here again if a few improvements were made

This is one of the most beautiful properties on koh chang comparing even to way more expensive resorts. Lots of greenery, very scenic. The pools are amazing specially the infinity pool. Its beautifully built, with very spacious room and tasteful interior compared to other properties in koh chang similarly priced. The ladies at the reception were very lovely and helpful. The cleaning ladies were very good too.

Cockroaches in the room. No 24 hour reception. At night, without much security and the place being open with no one at the reception, I personally struggled to feel safe. There were barely any lights leading up to the rooms.The breakfast is alright. I couldn't and chose not to eat there due to me being vegan. There were no vegan options other than the coffee and some fruit.

The position next to the sea was great and the accomodation was really good. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. It was really nice to sit out and eat a good breakfast right on the beachfront with a wonderful view out to sea.

Nothing to do with the resort but obviously recent events have had a serious effect on local businesses having to close but still enjoyed visiting those that were still open

Never again. Regret the money

a great landscape in a little bay, mountains and coconut palms. nice drinks and a great breakfast.

absolutely too less maintenance, everything look damaged or old. incompetent staff, reception even don't know whether paid by booking or have to charge you. no room service. maid put shampoo and water on terrace in front, forgot new towels. it is absolutely not acceptable even not auth the increased si.got an prices. the restaurant costs at 3pm can't even have dinner in hotel.
