立地は良かった。朝ごはんは食べられなかったが、同行者が美味しかったと言っていた。次は食べたい。
どのホテルも一緒だが、この時期は特に乾燥が酷い。何かしら加湿できるものを置いておいてもらいたかった。

Excellent location for exploring Tokyo by subway, as Akasaka-Mitsuke station is nearby and very well connected in the train network. Loads of good food options up and down the street. Breakfast is Western style only and must be consumed in the hotel room - but we were happy with what was offered and with quality. Everything clean in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bar on the ground floor of the building, but we did not hear any noise in our rooms that were on the 5th and 7th floor. As two adults with two kids, we booked two separate rooms for our first stay at this hotel. We went on to Western Honshu, and after that we came back. For this second stay, we booked a larger room for the four of us. Advantages: more space, foot-massage device, larger bathroom.

As two adults with two kids, we booked two rooms. Room are rather small - which is standard in Tokyo if you are looking for hotels in this price range.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Everyday the room was perfectly clean when we got back to the hotel. I really loved the water provided for free and the specialty coffee was also very good. The location of the hotel is ideal with everything you need right within reach.
The breakfast was very light as advertised, but even one or two choices of fruit would have made it a very good breakfast.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, and very reasonable room rate.
The standard double room is a little bit small for a week long stay (although not uncommon for Tokyo!), so I would recommend the larger double room for longer stays.

The staff was actually too nice and helpful, we didn't deserve it. My friend lost his phone, and they helped us call around to get it back. They also helped out a lot with the luggage storage, more than what you'd expect from a hotel.

Free simple breakfast is provided which is very nice. Location is fabulous which is very near to a major Metro station with access to 4 lines.
The aircon fans in the elevator and room are not clean, which may need regular clean.
Aircon in the room is little bit noise at night during on/off transit.

location, room facilities, brilliant staff
still allowing smoking in some rooms!

I like the unique set-up of the room with maisonette.
The furnitures are a bit old and some facilities are faulty.

Location extremely convenient, many metro lines close by, easy and fast to reach the main locations in Tokyo. Room's dimensions over the average in Tokyo. Staff polite and helpful, they all speak an excellent english.
