Very bad

Its near to haram

The rooms are really very smelly and dirty. They are small and very noisy; you can't sleep in these rooms due to the loud horns of the buses that you can hear all night long. Additionally, the room service is also very bad.

Not Coming here ever again

The Location of the Hotel from Haram, is very close, maximum 7 to 10 Mins walk. Parking facility at the location.

The carpets were filthy There was stink all around the hotel and rooms The rooms were not cleaned like in years Bathrooms smelled of urine

Not Recommended for Family Stay

Only Location as it is near to the Haram

Staff, Reception, Cleaning (Specially cleaning staff behavior).

Lifts are so congested and over crowded.

Nobody told us the package included breakfast.

Poor customer service. Slow checkin process. Mohammed Emad was the best but he was finding double rooms not ready or were not cleaned in time for new occupancy.

good for groups

location and CAR PARKING... this is the best you can have in Mekkah and so close to the Haram... but never use the car to get around, its too complicated because the roads will close around prayer times and the hotel is within the closure area so you might get stuck on the road

check in took too long, one receptionist and they get alot of groups, but they were friendly. the other thing is no invoice or whatever... just pay and go

Complete Disaster! Will Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

Free parking (got it after requesting many times)

Everything was horrible. From front desk to rooms, from amenities to room service. It was an absolute disaster. Had to wait almost 5 Hrs on the reception to get the room. Front desk was incapable of handling more check-ins. Almost 30 people were there for check-in but no one was attending them. People were shouting and screaming so it felt like a fish market. AC in the waiting area was not working. Women and children were sweating. One of the guys called police to address the situation. The room didn't have any soap or tissues and even worse, that the card didn't work for opening the door. Got it replaced 2 times but still nothing. It was a display of sheer non professionalism!!
