The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens and beautiful pool. Decor of rooms exceptional. Setting overlooking the river valley amazing. Yoga and meditation room overlooked river valley. Wonderful breakfast served. Close to sites, galleries, restaurants and shopping but on a quiet street. So lovely we just wanted to spend time relaxing by the pool.

Our stay at Kano Sari was just amazing! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable to stay in, and sitting on the balconies overlooking the ravine was so tranquil. The bathrooms were awesome! We enjoyed the common space for doing yoga in the morning and massage in the afternoon. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful in making reservations for dinner and tours. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool after a busy day of sight-seeing or shopping in the markets. I am looking forward to coming again and can highly recommend Kano Sari for an an awesome holiday experience.
Nothing. It was all good. It was easy to walk to the central market and main sites. Kano Sari offered a free shuttle service to each end of the main town which was really great.

The place is beautiful, close to Ubud market. They also have a shuttle service to drop off and pickup. The staff makes sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. The suite Sangai had a beautiful view with a quiet corner. We prefer a quiet corner and that's what it was with privacy.
Sometimes there is a noise of wood cutting which can be annoying but that could be a one off thing.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kano Sari. Starting from the room itself, which was beautiful, spacious and super clean at all times. The staff was even preparing the bed for me every evening. The
staff was very welcoming and helpful, arranging drivers, laundry cleaning and massages. The food was great and I had dinner several times at the facility. The villa itself is gorgeous, great pool, garden and decor overall. Location approx 15min walk to the center. My vacation at Kano Sari was exactly what I was looking for and even more than that. Did I mention the open bathroom with a bath? Amazing! Thank you for everything! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway in great atmosphere.

The property felt like home. The pool is a great size for the property and very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely area setup by the pool and overlooking lush green forest for eating breakfast lunch or dinner. the rooms are large with large spacious bathrooms attached and with a spacious balcony with a nice view.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely outstanding. The service in incredible, the food is pretty good, the pool area is amazing and the services are our of this world. Not only did I get a free room upgrade to a beautiful room with a bathtub and a view of the jungle, but the staff made sure I was taken care of 24/7. Besides the amazing everything, everything at the hotel is reasonably priced, which was a really nice surprise. All of the minibar snacks, beers, room service, massages... Everything is reasonably priced!
I know it's a little pricier than the rest of the hotels on the area, but my god, you're getting the royal treatment for a really cheap price. Don't doubt it and reserve this hotel.
The only thing I would change is that there was no space to connect my stuff next to the bed. Besides that, this stay was 100/10

We had a fantastic stay at the Kano Sari Villas. A small property with only 6 rooms I think, and adults only. perfect for us. And walking distance to Ubud center and Monkey forest. We like to walk and run a lot. We also had a morning run among the rice fields. Fantastic!
We stayed in the Jepun Villa. With an amazing view overlooking the green forest and listening to the river. We also enjoyed the pool, the restaurant, the massages. And the people working there are incredible. So genuine sweet and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is located a little away from the busier parts of Ubud but within a reasonable walking distance. The location is very quiet and serene. My room located on the lower end of property was spacious, very clean and quite private. I couldn't fault the breakfast. The hotel itself only has 6/7 rooms and the staff were extremely helpful at all times.

I liked everything about Kano Sari Ubud villas. it’s quiet , clean, and calming environment with very well thought out decor to make you feel really good and relaxed. I can spend all day staying in, in the pool, spacious balcony with the pretty reclining Woden chair, on comfortable bed , or even in the huge bathroom and still enjoy the day especially with those beautiful views from my room.
their level of hospitality is amazing. from providing tasty food (and very reasonable for a this type of accommodation, even cheaper than other restaurants around the area and so much better) any time when you need it, professional massages and anything you may need. even daily room service was so quick! every time I got back from breakfast about 30-40mins my room was already super clean.
Staff were all extremely helpful, caring and attentive. on my arrival day I asked for a last minute massage around 6:30pm and super charming ms. Novie went out her way to find a therapist available right away. she also helped me to book a Gorgeous spa day along with pick up and drop off in a second the other day. everyone there always makes sure if you got everything you need/want.
the location is also perfect a few mins walk to the main ubud area. it gets completely dark at night and I was a bit anxious coming back on foot since I’m traveling solo. and I got barked at and chased by a dog so I’d recommend taking scooter/taxi if at night. ;)
overall I had great refreshing time after traveling from lembongan/Penida,to sum up my stay in Bali.
I’d love to come back and definitely recommend!!
You could hear some noises/music not from the villas but other places at night from time to time. not a big of a deal but you could expect those. besides that it’s usually quiet and nice, you wake up to the roosters !

The moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of this place. Everything was maintained so beautifully and it was so artistically arranged, every place you looked was a photo opportunity. The plants! Oh my goodnes, so lovely.
We spent a lot of time at the hotel as it was so beautiful and restful with the dining area, leading onto the pool being a great gathering place for our group.

I read good reviews about the hotel on booking.com then made the reservation. When we arrived, I didn’t understand why all those guests gave wonderful scores. It looked like a nice but normal hotel. Then I understood! Novi, Juni, Gede, Putu, Jero and the rest of the team! They are like a dream team! They gave the best service ever. When you keep in mind that you are not in a five star global golden class hotel, this staff makes you amazed! Because they provide anything you need and give a service that one cannot find in five star hotels.
Food is also amazing. We ate potato balls when we spent time by the swimming pool. It was wonderful. The dinner we had there was also fantastic.
This hotel is a boutique experience. Highly recommended.
I did not like leaving this hotel. We hope we have some more nights there. we will definitely come again

Staff were really lovely but not well trained - unresponsive, slow and no table service - we expected hotel-type services but maybe we misunderstood as this was more like a casual guesthouse. Run out of beer multiple times and also gin (did not replenish during our stay). Walking home at night a lot of barking dogs running up to us and following us once we turned off the main street.

Our room was very nice, as well as the property. The surroundings, full of vegetation, make us feel that we were in the jungle, but in the other hand, it was very close to Ubud (we recommend to rent a motorcycle to explore Ubud and to use a driver for the tours). In addition to everything mentioned, what we liked the most was the hospitality of the staff, they made us feel home and we extended one more night. Thanks to Gene, Juni, our driver Wayan Tano and the rest of the team.

It feels like going home, staying in our own house. They only have 6 rooms that separated from one another so the area around the room is very private. So many outdoor space. The lobby and long table dining area have open space concept. So much cool breeze.
The pool is cool. The deepest end is around 190 cm.
The staff is very nice, responsive, & helpful. Ms. Novi can help give you advice about the destination around Ubud. Not all places are back open, some places are gone because of pandemic. She can help to check on the destination we want to go. Live performances are not back on yet. Better ask for her help to check.
She can help to provide the car rent with fair deal.
Our bedroom was by the river (sungai). The sound from the river is like a lullaby for us at night. Just be ready to deal with the stairs.
