Pleasant little flat, well located

Good size, clean and well appointed.

The details of the flat said it was a large double bed, but it was just a normal size double - not really a problem but wasn't what was expected. It would be nice to have furniture on the balcony so we could have enjoyed the sun.

Entrance was confusing parking spaces we were told different numbers to park in of which were taken and then when told to park in another was then told later that this wasn’t one of there spaces to did feel a little anxious if getting a ticket but all worked out in the end

Would definitely recommend.

The helpfulness of the team. They guided me through finding the apartment to start with, gaining access and then getting to the underground parking area. I'd like to mention Jason who was great.

Really enjoyed staying.

Checking in was easy just a quick phone call, The apartment was bigger than expected and was lovely and clean, beds were super comfy and kitchen was well equipped. Location is perfect for shopping or nights out as just a short walk along the road.

The tv didn’t have streaming capabilities so could only watch freeview, which was a shame as that was one of the deciding features when I was booking, the traffic noise can be a little loud, all windows have to be closed, as it’s quite a busy road particularly on a Saturday night. The system takes the deposit amount twice so it totals £300 deposit.

Check in and Check out process awful. Too many emails, too many online forms. Bathrooms smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Soundproofing awful. Beds terrible. Wifi terrible.

Property was excellent, comfortable, clean and with all required amenities. Would have scored a 9+ if not for the message spam.

The messaging spam! I know this has been mentioned by ohers. So many repeat messages asking me to pre-check-in, even after I had done so... needing to see copies of cards, photo ID etc... it's too much.

We stay for a night the location is great between Portsmouth and Bournemouth. We get the apartments at a good price, but I think I will not be able to afford the full amount. Thank you the team for your help ( Angelo).

To call the office to get the code and the keys, my phone was nearly discharged, and that stressed me out!!!

Great location lovely apartment

Very clean, great facilities had everything we needed for 2 adults 2 kids

We got a late check out and the cleaner wasn’t impressed having to wait for us to leave

the room is fine and convenient location is good, easy to go elsewhere

hard to find the right one on Google Map, as there are several buildings around. the door was closed but not locked, the keys were left on the table of living room the door was not easy to be locked when leaving the property. the 150 GBP deposite has not been refunded even after a month, though I was told it will be refunded in 15 days before I paid

Excellent property with great location !

Property location is very convenient for City centre and Red Funnel Ferry terminus to Isle to Wight. Property is well maintained too and all basic facilities needed for a short stay. There is also a lift to the property so easy to go on to 4th floor of the building !! They could do with keeping some more options of coffee / tea for guest, but apart from that everything was great.

Nothing to report in relation to property & its facilities as such. However a word of caution - Currently the apartment site is very very noisy.... so please be prepared for the noise starting at 7am !! Also being close to sea there are loads of seagulls who start their day at 3am !!!!

great apartment but need better service on phones to answer customer calls on arrival. the system you have failed us.

well equipped. home from home.

the instructions for finding the entrance to the property were poor. fortunately we met the house keeper and she let us in. no one answered the phone when we called on our arrival to gain access and obtain our key. we were so lucky to spot the housekeeper in the car park. we had no idea how we would have gained acces otherwise.

Awful, wont be staying again

Location

The wifi didnt work, and the staff are totally unable to help or do anything about it - nobody was sent to fix it, no other solution was offered, and I spend the 3 day trips on and off the phone with staff who ultimatly did nothing. The bedrooms all have noisy vents that run all night, and the other apartments are owner occupied and incredibly noisy.
