Bon hôtel avec staff attentionné.

L’accueil à la réception, au petit déjeuner - avec une mention particulière pour la gentillesse de Sonia - et au restaurant et bar était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse avec la terrasse très attendue avec vue sur la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner est abondant et varié et on vous sert de délicieux cappuccinos. Le parking est proche, grand et facile d’accès.

La douche est mal conçue (portes fragiles, distributeur de savon inefficace, flexible avec arrivée d’eau chaude-froide instable). Pas de miroir de courtoisie. La rue devant l’hôtel est bruyante et un peu dangereuse vu la vitesse des voitures.

Hotel consigliatissimo e ottima ubicazione

L'accoglienza, la disponibilità, la terrazza e la spa fanno dell'hotel una certezza. Inoltre un ampio e comodo parcheggio riservato vicino all'lhotel

Purtroppo alcune mini pecche in stanza mi hanno impedito di dar parere positivo all 100% Purtroppo nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato il dispenser del sapone vuoto e la porta della doccia difettata. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze bassina, sentivamo tutto quello che dicevano i nostri vicini

Good location, polite staff but no pool and hard to sleep.

Clean property, we had a spacious suite and the staff were friendly and polite. The senior staff had a good understanding and could speak English. Where the other staff misunderstood they were quick to correct the issues and polite about it. Very quiet hotel with only a handful of other families/ couples at breakfast/ dinner etc. The location was also good being a 15min walk to the center of town or a 5min tuk-tuk ride (although these were very expensive 15-20 euros for a 5-7 min journey- not run by the hotel though they are part of the local town). Parking nearby which was free. They have a spa with an indoor pool but you need to be over 16 to access, i did not try the spa facilities.

There is no outdoor swimming pool here, or any pool for children to go into. The pool in the photos is part of the rental villas. If I can suggest to management it would be to allow access to this pool to all guests. The hotel room had some niggles but most importantly the aircon blew directly into your face whilst in bed and the aircon pad didn’t work to turn the cold up or down so we were very cold, had to use the 2 duvets but also really bad design having it blow into the face position. Also, the most uncomfortable bed, very hard that my hip went numb and the pillows very flat and uncomfortable. The food was what you would expect from the hotel, decent food.

The whole facility, the rooms, the breakfast, the restaurant for dinner, the staff, the location - best we’ve experienced in Italy!

Overall a great Hotel with lovely rooms and excellent staff. Would definitely stay again.

The reception staff were excellent so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Our room was perfect with a lovely view of the City and coast.

We were disapointed the swimming pool was no longer available and the ' Private Transfer' to the beach was so terribly expensive 45euro each way for a 10 kilometre trip !!!!! So we caught a bus which was 2euro each.

Excellent hotel located close to the town centre. Amazing staff that make the stay easy.

Location was good and staff were amazing at sorting my requirements i needed. I was disappointed there was no swimming pool available apart from the Spa.

Exceptional

A very nice hotel with a beautiful roof view to the old city. The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great. WiFi worked OK. Parking lot was very close and large. It took only some 10 min to walk to the old city. Everything was OK.

We were happy to stay in this hotel.

Lovely two night stay.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, great view over Ostuni. Free Private secure parking two minutes walk away. Very good choice at breakfast, Buffett style, although on our second day morning, not much hot food left as coach party had been in earlier. Easy 10 minute walk in to old town. Would recommend.

Superb

Good location close to old town great breakfast and free car park next to the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet with a view. Helpful staff.

We could not open the window on our room because there was no fly screen on it and someone close by was burning something so it stunk. The aircon is controlled by reception it cannot be switched on or off from the room.

Nice hotel with great location

We only spent one night here but we really enjoyed it. The hotel itself is very beautiful. Our room was spacy with comfy bed and clean bathroom. The best thing about the hotel is their terrace with lovely views of the white city. The parking lot is large and it´s only a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good. We found everything we wanted.

Good for a one night stop in Ostuni

Availability of a parking and great staff at the reception.

We haven’t found the bed comfortable, the ventilation was direct on the bed and really strong even at the minimum. There is no real charm in the hotel and the breakfast room is a big congress room with a basic buffet. This is a good stop if you have a car for one night in Ostuni but I would not stay there longer.

Lovely hotel, highly recommend.

Modern hotel in great location, no more than 10 minutes walk to Piazza Della Liberta, the main area in Ostuni. We stayed in the white suite which was fabulous and the bathroom amazing. Lovely views of Ostuni and to the sea. Loved the spa! All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect service. Rooftop bar and restaurant had superb views and great food.

On a busy road but location made up for this. Shame swimming pool wasn't open to guests at this time. Balcony a bit narrow for such a beautiful suite but overlooked Ostuni and sea.

We once again thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at the hotel. Excvel;lent.

Our second stay, we also stayed in February. Again, we were very pleased with the quality of the facilities, excellent breakfast and very nice staff. I was a little disappointed with the 'comfort room, 411' as would have rated it standard and therefore on the expensive side. We had dinner on the beautiful terrace on one evening and it was very good. The view is magnificient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

I had trouble regulating the air conditioning at night to a comfortable temperature.

Met expectations

Friendly staff. A very clean modern hotel. Nice spa that I have used several times now. Restaurant has nice views of Ostuni. Ample secure parking across the road. Only a short walk to Ostuni old town.

WiFi wasn't good enough to use for work - had to tether my mobile at 4G. White and black colour scheme for walls and furniture not very inspiring. Bed was on the hard side.
