We really enjoyed our time in Ostuni because of the hotel and staff. Location is perfect, close to everything. The break

The location is perfect. We called the hotel pior to our arrival and they came and pick us up from their parking area next to the car wash. It made it so much easier. Otherwise there was no way to drive in the small narrow streets. They have a cute tiny car.

The staff is amazing. Lucrezia was so nice, kind and helpful. One night we had a dinner reservation at Restaurant 700, she drove us there and then picked us up later.

Ostuni piccola città grande accoglienza

Hotel centralissimo in un palazzo storico ristrutturato senza stravolgerne le caratteristiche. Ottima accoglienza . Lo staff Vi saprà dare le migliori indicazioni per la visita della città e su bar e ristoranti da provare. La camera all’ultimo piano è grande pulita e luminosa con bello scorcio sui tetti della città. Menzione particolare per la colazione con prodotti freschi e buonissimi dolci fatti in casa dalla signora che vi accoglie .

Fantastic, The building is a renovated old monastery with all the comfort of home + the view

The location is close to the main square. yet very quite We travel for 2 weeks in Pulgia Italy and stayed at few hotels ... the breakfast here was the best tasting, even the eggs that were made to order were served hot strait from the kitchen. (we were not charged like in most hotel.)

..We liked every thing about this hotel , the location, the stuff, the room the ventilated bathroom the view what we did not like is the fact that we had only one night here...

Perfect

Lovely hotel in a lovely building. They accommodated us checking in early and gave us a coffee on arrival. Room very large with high ceilings so was a little cold at times, (it was November) but overall very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and location perfect for exploring the little lanes. Had a lovely 2 nights.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location which extremely polite and helpful staff.

The location was excellent. Just down a small road minutes away from all the action meant it was very close but also very quiet. We drove and parked in the hotel car park just outside the city walls, which was also only 6 minutes walk, incredibly convenient as we were using the car frequently during our stay. We used the free hotel shuttle service and the start and end of the trip for our luggage which was a great addition. The staff were polite, helpful and gave us free bottles of water upon request. Breakfast was great, and there was a good selection of continental foods. Two beautiful terraces to have a nice evening drink on also. The room was large and the aircon was excellent. The whole building was very beautiful.

It was slightly misleading as to which room we would be staying in. I booked the deluxe double as the description makes it sound like there is only one- the previous owners house. In fact there are three, which are pictured but not described. We did not stay in the one described, but I was very satisfied with the room I was in and it featured all deluxe features.

Great location, quiet, lovely staff.

This is a very central hotel with great staff who were very helpful. There is parking offsite but only 7 Euros a day and the hotel will pick you up/drive you there. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Their restaurant recommendation was amazing.

The room was sparsely furnished and seemed a bit "cold". The lift/elevator was broken.

Excellent hotel just like home comfort. Breakfast was freshly prepared like cheese, focaccia , cakes

Location was excellent & 1 min walk to the city centre. All the staff are hospitable & very helpful and attentive. Despite the language barrier, they accommodated our every request. Highly recommend the hotel.

Slight oversight of Lack of tourist information in terms of leaflets & maps etc but easily remedied.

I had a very nice stay.

There was a lot of choice at the breakfast with very nice authentic Italian food. The room was beautiful with a large and modern bathroom. The building itself is historic and located in the very old part of the city close to the sights, various good restaurants and the main square. If your room is on the top floor, you have a nice view over the city.

Everything was fine. However as the hotel is in the very old part of the city (with very narrow streets), you cannot park your car outside the hotel. One option is to park your car in a paid carpark.
