Meh. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again but choices limited because of short notice booking at busy time.

Only one available on short notice.

One, rude, male front desk staff (didn’t get name but aged late 20’s to 30’s, short stature, slight build with spectacles)not very courteous or helpful when changing money for washing machine in morning shift around 0700. Limited to 1000 yen change when washing and drying 2 laundry loads would cost 1600 yen. Other front desk staff tried to check his till for change but rude staff member told him not to. Rooms also not well cleaned and dusty.

We got a river view room , it was nice to have snacks in front of this view, they provided a baby crib for my 1 year old daughter. Also they allowed my baby to enter the onsen with no problem and the onsen has a good facilities for kids such as baby soap ,bathing mats, bathing chairs and a little toys. They have also a baby crib in the changing room for small babies. So as a mother I did not have any complications having my little baby with me in the onsen . The hotel is so close of one of the prettiest park in Sapporo and 4 to 5 mis walk to the nearest station. So many convenient stores nearby.

Some of the staff wasn’t that friendly. They don’t speak English but luckily i was with my friend that can speak a good Japanese.

朝食会場三ヶ所はどこも美味しく、選択な迷ってしまう。スタッフはとても親切丁寧。大浴場温泉♨️サウナ素晴らしい❗️ 月に2回は札幌に泊まりますが、間違えなく、最も快適なホテルの一つです。

特にありません。なるべく宿泊費をあげないで頂きたいです🙇‍♂️

温泉が良かった。朝食バイキングの種類が豊富だった。

部屋が狭すぎた（2名でゆったりの部屋に、幼児含む5人家族で泊まるのは、流石に窮屈でした）

Room, clean, average onsen.

Staff, sorry but the staff doesn’t even want to help, the night staff. We stayed for 4 nights for 2 rooms, the staff couldn’t even help to explain the way to go to airport. If I don’t ask the hotel that I paid money for some basic service, who can I ask? As I’m staying there and they should give the best recommendation. They simply say “sorry, sorry” for a simple question. Very disappointed and will not return here for sure. The night staff is making the great hotel facilities and room look bad.

Comfortable for a family of 3.

Location - hotel is not too far from Susukino, near a subway station. Facilities - hotel has an onsen. Nice to be able to take a hot bath after a long day of walking. Room - size of room is comfortable, larger than some other rooms. However, toilet is not luxurious.

It’s on the quieter side of the Sapporo, so nothing much to do there at night

Terra, the restaurant from farm to table.

Blanket with stain. The staff still went into the room even the tag “please do not disturb” has been put on the door.

Disappointing

Breakfast at Terra was interesting as was the buffet.

Staff were unhelpful. There didn’t seem to be the usual Japanese friendliness. Rooms were on the small side.

we had a free upgrade and had a high floor. the view was wonderful. the ski resort bus stops there to pick up passengers.

excellent and worth the money

Wide variety of good breakfast. Nice view at high floor. Free on-site onsen. Friendly and helpful front desk. Very near to subway station and convenient store.

Maybe could provide more guide on how to use the Japanese Onsen to foreigners.
