Localização muito boa

Localização privilegiada… Próximo a praça de armas.. Cama confortável com bons cobertores p o frio do local.. Bom café da manhã.. Prepararam lanches p levarmos a Machu Picchu, pois saímos bem cedo.. Ficamos 2 noites intercaladas, devido a ida a Machu Picchu, guardaram nossas malas.. Mas, tem um porém q acho inaceitável para um hotel desse preço, regressamos de Machu Picchu às 19hs, sujos e loucos por um bom banho, porém no quarto não tinham toalhas e nos disseram q resolveriam em 1 hora, problema resolvido em 30 minutos.. Falha grave e inaceitável..

La atención que recibimos fue muy cálida y satisfizo todas nuestras necesidades. El desayuno muy bueno.. los lugares comunes amplios y luminosos con hermosas plantas. Y la ubicación excepcionL, a media cuadra de la plaza de Armas sobre una calle amplia con varios restaurantes y negocios. Mejor ubicación imposible

Respondió a nuestras expectativas, con lo cual no podria decir lo que no me gustó. Mayores co.odidades serian de un hotel mucho más caro.

Hotel bien ubicado y con buen WiFi

Está muy bien ubicado, las zonas comunes son muy cómodas y el desayuno es correcto. El WiFi funciona muy bien en todo el hotel.

La habitación es muy pequeña, el lavabo también, para un par de noches está bien, pero más no porque es pequeña y oscura.

Close to the plaza, WiFi worked well, hot water, great breakfast, peaceful.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, comfy beds.

The hotel was very cold. We were given a heater for the room which helped, however the rest of the hotel was very cold, which put us off making use of the hotels social areas which was a shame as they were very nice

Excellent location, unstable wifi

The best part was the location, just by the main square. The are has plenty of restaurants and stores, even lots of travel angencies to book trips around the area. The staff was helpful but mostly speaks spanish.

The brekfast is simple and you get bored after the third day, the wifi is really unstable and you loose signal for minutes at a time or its just slow. For working meetings via zoom we really struggled.

The location is really good, 30 seconds walk to the main square. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.

They had a communal area right outside our and some people would chat and drink there all night which was really loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Overrated place to stay, disappointed

The hotel was in a good location

It was very cold everywhere, halls, rooms, happy that we got a heater (September). Breakfast was medium, not a lot of selection, no vegetables. Walls are thin, everything in the halls can be heard.

Okay option, good value for money

Price - was good for that location. Staff - was alright, good be a bit better English. Area - close to the city center. Room - was fairly clean.

Furniture in the room can use an upgrade, it is quite old. Same goes for the bed. The area was a bit noisy, with lots of bars nearby. Staff spoke very basic English so sometimes it was hard to communicate.

Location is perfect. 1 block from Plaza de Armas, lots of restaurants and markets nearby.

We stayed in 2 rooms. One was very old(terrible) the other one was new and comfortable. The problem was that in both cases we couldn't have hot water in the shower...
