Balcony but next room can see into your room from it .
Was told by other hotel where you book in I could use back gate then a man on site tells me its private but no one seem to know . No tea / coffee or teaspoons just 2 mugs and kettle . Just a foam mattress and one not great pillow each. Very difficult for access to Amsterdam.

Lovely outdoor space. Nice and private room.
Nothing.

Very clean and pretty room, especially the balcony with the view of Lidl. I honestly loved my experience there and would definitely book again. Very safe family friendly area.
The trains aren’t very regular so that taxi into town was quite expensive.

Everything was amazing the room and the view from the balcony was awesome
Although everything was working fine, but there was a problem with the heating system, I think I don't know if this was on purpose or if there was a malfunction despite talking to them about this several times

peaceful location if you want to stay in quiet place then this property is best choice
getting key system is quite complicated or there should be sign board to reach to Zwanenburg hotel to get keys

the shower was terrible
having to walk to get your key, when on holiday, you don’t have internet so trying to find the hotel was a nightmare after a long day travelling

Simple but clean
Small but cosy
Well situated, it’s a peaceful walk back to your
home after a busy day ok the city
>>>> Close to a LIDL!!! (300m) <<<<
I was lucky to have the room at the very top of
the building so I could do an air flow
through the room as it was so hot during my stay
But then the woman in charge of the cleaning
even got me a fan which made my stay even
more awesome from then on
Sheets are changed on demand
if you’re staying several days
And towels are changed everyday
I don’t know for the other room but I didn’t get a
microwave (even if I made really well without)

Acommodation fine.
Check in procedure awkward, very slow and 50 euro deposit needed for key and reception did not make clear it would not open in the morning until 0900, So unable to get in to drop key properly and had to leave without my deposit and make a complaint to try and recover. Strongly advise against using this place unless you arrive early and leave late!

There was a terrace in my room!
Noisy! Air ventilation systems sound pretty intense. The airport nearby also makes a lot of noises because of the planes taking off. There was a kettle in my room but there was no a cup for it.

I really like the location. Was close enough to place that I was working. Wifi was also good quality.
First off all room was damaged and not clean. It was a lot of rust and mold in the bathroom. Another problem was that to pick up keys for location I had to go to diffrent hotel and gave 50 euro cash as deposit that is a little bit odd and oldfashion.

Perfect, it would be even better for a longer stay, nice balcony with a pretty view.
