Location is good, but feels over prized for the facilities provided. I have stayed at much better hotels with many more amenities and flexibility to booking than Novotel. The staff is polite and the breakfast is also decent.

Good location but pricey for a 4 star establishment.

Definitely a business hotel with a adequate breakfast spread. Hotel staff were efficient and helpful. Room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room size is good for 1 person with a rather small bathroom. Also prices for rooms have become increasingly expensive laterly.

Overall it was good.

Location was perfect for our short stay. The room smelled smoke a bit and was a bit small but we only stay couples hours. The kids love the swimming pool.

The most welcoming staff. Nothing was a problem and all small enquiries answered with the minimum of fuss. Especial thanks to Danh on the reception desk whose kindness, warmth and care was incredible. Thank you so much.
