A hidden gem on the main street of Cervinia

Excellent hotel in Cervinia! Great breakfast, great location and super friendly staff.

Excellent Continental breakfast. Nice addition with waffles made to order. Location was as good as it can get. Right in the middle of the Main Street.

Exceptional

Amazing staff and we just loved the stay. One of our children had a ski accident and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Reccomend staing there.

Excellent stay, we will be back, thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

Breakfast was delightful and so was dinner. The staff are amazing, from Monica at reception, to Vincenzo in the restaurant to Andrei in the bar- they are all very attentive, have a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble! Very refreshing to go to a hotel in a ski resort that clearly treats their staff so well that allows them to pass this feeling of wellbeing to their clients!

location excellent, modern and comfortable rooms and breakfast fantastic!

hard to adjust down the a/c in the room so quite hot and stuffy. minor point though as would highly recommend this hotel

Was great staying at that hotel, I wish we had booked it for more of our stay,

For a small additional sum (50EUR for 2 nights) we paid for a balcony, we go a huge room with 1.5 bathrooms that was well equipped, clean, and with a view on 3 sides.. More storage space than we could use on a short stay. Amazing view from balcony. Breakfast buffet included was very high quality, All well beyond expectations.

The only thing we did not like was car access, though that is not due to the hotel, rather that entire part of town is "no traffic". Still, we were allowed to bring the car for check-in and check out, and they did offer valet parking (which we did not try).

The bed isn’t comfort because the bed wasn’t matrimony and was two single bed beside each other. This isn’t comfort and trouble for sleeping. The lobby is very small Car parking was not related hotel and was public.

Very good - happy to recommend

Easy waking distance to the lifts and on the way back it is even easier. Great staff and excellent food - we added dinner to our booking and it was very good

Bit more help about taxi and bus info - if the weather is bad the option exists to go to other ski areas - we had to work this out for ourselves and failed!

a very nice room, super friendly service, a good breakfast. excellent price/quality ratio. located in the very center, about 10 min walk to the ski lifts. delicious hot chocolate on the bar.

I would invest into good pillows.

Best ski week ever at an amazing welcoming hotel

Amazing location, could ski back to the hotel, literally. Dinner - beautifully cooked and nice variety. Staff - very friendly and professional.
