It was great and I enjoyed my stay.

I like how clean everything was, how fast and nice the works are and overall how beautiful the place looked

It was a bit far from town, but it was good apart from that

Lovely location, great value.

The location is so beautiful, and the pool is great, with views of the ocean. The air conditioner in our room was a brand new heat pump, which we loved.

I would've preferred if the house keeping staff came in to clean our bathroom more often. We were staying for over a week, so it was quite dirty.

We will stay here again. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful.

The location is gorgeous. There’s a pier with stairs that lets you into the water. The grounds are gorgeous and you see lizards sunbathing. The staff was excellent. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the groundskeepers, they all made our stay wonderful. The staff even cut open coconuts so we could have the water and fruit inside. We will stay here again. Thank you, Natalie, Marcie, Nayeli, Jarod, and Verano for all your hard work.

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything, but get the rooms with AC if you run hot. There are some rooms with without AC, but they have fans.

Was an excellent stay! Would do it again!

Amazing staff. They were readily available. The rooms were spacious (the cabana) very clean and neat.

Exceptional

Just out of town. It was peaceful and quiet. There was a place called Island Wonder next door that we ate breakfast at and it was amazing as well.

loved the locals & made friends easily

right on beach w/ access to local /bar /restaurant. the staff at Royal Caribbean were great,especially Marci who not only took care of any needs with housekeeping, would manage food deliverys & any other needs while on your stay. Felt like i had a family member to look out & handle things. definately stay with Royal Caribbean.

only down side was wifi. hard to stay connected & tv was same . vert sketchy & unpredictable.

Perfectly acceptable inexpensive resort in beautiful San Pedro

This was a very nice resort, relatively inexpensive, not corporate, away from the majority of the island’s congestion

The WiFi was functionless, the bed was uncomfortable

Beautiful beachfront cottages! Will be back next visit!

Loved the beachfront, sunrise views, tons of fun at Toast onsite, staff were so sweet and so kind. Little house was perfect size for me and everything I needed. My experience here has made up my mind that I’m definitely coming back.

Beach could have used more sand and a little cleanup.

The hotel is situated on the south of the island around a 25 min walk or 8 mins by golf cart. Its a very quite place so if you are looking to relax then its a good location and a good ambiance. The bar staff there are very welcoming and helpful. The grounds surrounding the rooms are well maintained and the pool was clean.

Whilst booking our stay we thought that there would be a beach access direct in to the sea from the hotel, but that is not the case. The sea is not accessible near the hotel due to the sea grass in that area. In our room the water used is recycled and therefore has a bad smell of egg, so when showering or washing your hands / face you are exposed to the smell. The A/C in our room was also leaking.

Very good

Best clean pool with view of sea. Very well maintained, pretty, tidy. Great housekeeper. Snorkelling tours do pick up from resort pier.

For majority of one day, we had no running water in our cabin which was inconvenient. Toilet worked fine so we challenged staff to figure out what was wrong with tap and shower.
