The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere but theres also a spacious car park if you do rent a car! The staff I think made the trip, they were really friendly - everyone from the parking attendant to the waitress at breakfast was warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble!
the only thing I could possibly say needs improvement is the wifi connection, its just not that strong or reliable but it might well be the case all over the island.

Great location, very clean and lovely apartments
The wifi was dropping in and out from our bedroom and the service in the restaurant was very slow but apart from that it was lovely

Breakfast was perfect and the staff went above and beyond - rooms and pool were exceptional
Nothing it was all good

Location was good, although 'private beach' was somewhat of an exaggeration. Tiny sliver of beach with no facilities on there.
The room was large but so so dark. The room itself had book shelves but no books or ornaments, it was completely bare. picture hooks but no pictures - this may have been due to the air conditioning units leaking down the walls. The mattress was the worst I have ever slept in. The furniture was threadbare with holes in the fabric on chairs and towels etc. The outdoor furniture was falling apart with sharp edges which were dangerous. All this was mentioned to staff who simply shrugged their shoulders. There were no facilities at the hotel such as gym, spa or even a functioning bar. Staff only available during daytime hours, empty rest of the time. The wifi didn't work most of the time despite numerous attempts at trying to fix it. The door to my bedroom didnt fit properly, so when I closed it on the first day I was stuck in the room and my friend had to kick the door in to get me out, despite mentioning this to maintenance, nothing was done to fix this. The pool was tiny - there was no service there, so you couldn't even get water or towels there. The food was very basic and any requests met with disapproval. At checkout I was asked to bring the items i had borrowed to reception (yogamat, two books and an adapter) to ensure that I didn't steal the items, extremely insulting to say the least. Overall their claims of a luxurious 5 star hotel with up to date amenities is definitely false advertising The property is so so run down and service is non-existent. A massive disappointment to say the least. I had to check out early from the property it was that bad. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Despite the COVID restrictions our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Location, facilities and staff were top quality and will return.

Staff by far number 1, food was great too. Pool was good although not very large. Location is excellent
A lot of mosquitos and no spray in rooms to kill them off. Also a lot on our deck. Lack of washing machine in the rooms a little disappointing although I knew in advance

Great rooms and pool. Restaurant was excellent. Location perfect for English Harbour.

Property location is amazing and room is really great.
Staff seem to work exceptionally hard and be taking on several jobs; the same guy poured my wine at lunch, carried my bags to my rooms and cooked my breakfast!!
Several issues at check in with staff even asking to photocopy my credit card which horrified me given fraud risks.
WiFi at the facility is terrible! Intermittent at best, not working for long periods of the stay and need to enter password again every time you renter the room. I stayed at other hotels on the island and also connected in restaurants without issue so issue is definitely with this hotel.
Breakfast is a very basic offering and definitely not a 5 star experience. Eg. 1 small cup of coffee then pay for refills. This is the worst breakfast offering I ever saw in a 5 star hotel. Menu attached to photos so you can see for yourself.

Rooms. Staff. Location
Lack of main restaurant and appalling behaviour and manners of some other guests
