Personeel bij inchecken was erg kort af en onbeschoft. Bedden waren slecht en zaten niet aan elkaar. Roomservice was slecht. Bestek vergeten Zeer matig hotel volgende keer zal ik gewoon weer Vd Valk boeken want daar heb ik dit soort ellende nog nooit mee gemaakt

Frustrating.

I checked in late during an ultra bike race for a few hours as this hotel was close to my route, It has extensive facilities. My issue was I needed to eat and get a few hours sleep before continuing on with my race. I explained to the young staff at the restaurant my situation but they didn't seem to take on board my request. They appeared to lack the ability to think outside the box and there didn't appear to be any one to manage and direct them. Good facilities do not make great hospitality. That is about attending to the differing needs of your guests so long as it is reasonable.

Really nice breakfast. Staff was really polite and helpful.

It would be nice if the bathroom was cleaned more thoroughly and also if a conditioner was offered to use, not only shampoo and shower gel.

Superb

Amazing location, very friendly staff, As a vegan didn't have many options for breakfast and no options for lunch/dinner so i can't speak about their food. Overall very happy with everything else

For the spa Bathrobes are mandatory even if you have bath towels with you (cost 8 EUR) and the jacuzzi is small for the amount of people there

Well below expectations. There is a last time for everything....

WEll, I found the place. Location is good.

Room next to a steel bridge connecting the 2 building. Sounds like a fighter jet flying over when somebody leaves with a trolley at 5AM... The 'Wellness Hotel' has no wellness included! Also the parking is not even free for guests while its half empty.

the staff made the difference

the staff was great and did a lot to make everything great

rooms are very basic, shower and toilet like in AYA or high school isolation between rooms is not the best you could hear people talking in the phone at the next room easily (even phone vibration) parking cost money window lock was broken at the room

Stayed here a number of times before - meets all my needs. Breakfast was ok too.

The hotel was good for the price.

The place was large and generally clean. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. The handle on my son's door broke and someone came to fix it right away.

The sheets on the mattress were too small and did not stay tucked in. The comforters were too small for the beds. The maid service never came and I had to get my own towels and make my own bed. The hotel had no warmth and we were not told that we had to cross a bridge of grates to get to our rooms.

- This is the worst hotel I have ever been to! very rude staff and unprofessional. - Very noisy, you can hear the next room TV and bathroom noise. - Pillows are uncomfortable - Room is full of insects especially spiders. - They will charge you for everything, I mean Everything!! They might charge you for the extra water or napkins!

Reasonably priced, amenities look amazing

Quite modern building but wasn’t at hotel very long. Arrived late and left after breakfast. Good place to stay while visiting family in the area. Reasonably priced.

AC didn’t work, so had windows open = very noisy. Took about 8 weeks to walk to my room with heavy bags. Guess it’s a fitness hotel, so maybe that’s all part of the experience ?

the hotel is just like a gym housekeeping is not doing anything at all there literally no facilities everything is paid and nothing for kids swimming pool and spa you need to be fully naked to use it toilet is bad and part of the room with no privacy and smells you can’t call reception from room the front desk are not friendly at all

don’t expect a very luxurious hotel. it is not. breakfast is very minor and plain and so are the rooms

no shampoo or soap in bathroom even though this was supposed to be a luxury room. they overbook the rooms so people should be lucky to get a room upon arrival. the selected 2 beds weten not provided. they claim their system did not register the request. the toilet door does not close. this is a construction error. so bad experience on our part.
