really lovely room, we didn’t manage to eat in the pub but wish we did. staff were really friendly
could have done with an iron in the room but that’s all

We loved everything about the property from Staff to Food
nothing

The rooms were very clean and all the staff were very friendly.
Continental breakfast included in the price was good quality.
Would definitely stay again as brilliant location .

Stylish and comfy. Nice food. Relaxed vibe. Friendly staff.

Comfortable room and spotlessly clean. Pub good, and had a lovely meal on the Saturday evening.
As the pub is, understably, closed on Monday and Tuesday, would be helpful to have information about what to do with room/door keys. Minor point!

the staff are really friendly and the hotel is just a small walk away to Richmond . food at the pub was amazing

One friendly staff member that checked us in. Nothing else.
We checked in at 3pm, unpacked and left straight away, not returning until late when pub was closing. The room comfort was awful! Large but barron of furniture. Bed was very hard. Duvet was so narrow for size of bed with only 2 inches overlap either side and thin!! No chair/s only a small stool. Only 1 small table which was full of kettle, water bottles, coffee & tea, mugs and glasses, therefore nowhere to put bag or belongings other than the floor or one VERY high level and narrow shelf. Kettle so big that the only way to fill it was by the shower! Table lamp didn't work (light bulb dead?). Breakfast not served until 9am and with nowhere in room to sit and wait (except bed or stool), we left and went elsewhere. With no staff to be found even though light in kitchen could be seen, we had to leave keys in room door.

it is charming and the staff were incredibly kind
this isn’t their fault but I was there during a heat wave and the room was quite hot at night even with a fan and the window open.

I arrived late night on a Saturday and there was a
party going on, I went to my room, and I couldn’t
ear a thing. thought that was great.
The food was really good too.

Fluffy towels. Bottled water in room. Nice coffee with continental breakfast.
Room not ready at 2pm. Deadlock broken on inside of bedroom door.

nice place, excellent food and friendly staff, quiet room, feee off-street parking, I think we found a new bolt hole!

it was convenient as stayed for a family occasion that was near by.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast I opted for was included in the price and was a delicious continental breakfast, which I really enjoyed. The room was a good size, and lots of tea, water, milk and toiletries were provided. The hotel was a distance from public transport but it suited me as I like a walk, and I liked the hotel's location, which was leafy and quiet.
These are small points and, overall, I had a good night at the Victoria and would go back.
One thing was that I like a softer mattress and the mattress was very firm. Also, being on the ground floor, with frosted glass, meant I didn't have an outlook and the room was a little gloomy.

very quiet location right next to Richmond park. perfect for walking. easy walk to Richmond or mortlake train station. great breakfast and free on street parking. clean rooms
The restaurant and pub is closed Monday and Tuesday but understandable given staff shortages(if any) and lack of trade I guess.

Because the pub was closed that night it was very quiet in the neighbourhood
We were offered breakfast only at 9am and being midweek business customers this was too late, meaning we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. I emailed requesting that the cost of the breakfasts be removed for the three rooms we booked but have had no response - not even an apology. I also emailed to ask for a VAT receipt for the pre paid rooms but have had no response to that either.

Location, staff.
Shower was not working, asked the staff to help and have it fixed but we're unable to resolve.

Great location, friendly staff, good selection on the continental breakfast and nice touch of 20% off on food and drink when staying. Would definitely recommend!
Tv positioning wasn’t great and bathroom a bit small.

quiet location in residential area
Parking on site possibly available at rear. But seems on street parking ok.

The restaurant was an added value, especially for dinner. The environment was very quaint and I really liked the glassed terrace. Food was good too.
The comfort of the room is very minimal. The appliances are very bare and the bed hard as rock. Clean overall just not very welcoming.

lovely quiet location close to Richmond, ample free on street parking. Part of a nice gastro pub with a good community spirit. A good choice of beers and friendly staff.
slight mould staining on the grout in the shower in a small patch but had been cleaned and otherwise spotless.

Welcoming, smart and clean room with tea/coffee all provided. Easy instructions to access the room and good communication with staff to organise check-in. Breakfast (continental included) was very nice and wonderfully presented.
Overall, experience was great and no real faults. Only comment would be the time of breakfast (08:30 onwards) which unfortunately is difficult if staying for business. But besides that, an excellent stay.

Lovely location, room was great - exceptionally clean & staff were excellent.
