Charmigt, värdparet super rara. Mycket tillmötesgående. Lugnt och tyst i huset och området.

Perfectly good room in easy reach of Richmond station and the centre of the town. Very comfortable bed; room spotlessly clean and good bathroom facilities. Breakfast was enough to see you on your way. Good access after the pub closed. Very friendly staff.

location was superb. friendly. great breakfast.
4.5
Great little pub, with good atmosphere where the locals go.
Friendly, helpful staff.
This isn't a gastropub, they serve excellent hearty pub food and the breakfast is good too.
Nothing really but obviously due to location there's no parking

Friendly bar staff. Fantastic English pub. Clean spacious room

it was a great central location for a walk to the river, tube, train station, buses, park, centre down a quiet street. staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Food was good. Car parking for four cars - we managed to get a spot which was great.
Room was a bit tired and could do with updating/redecorating. The worse part for me was mattress was non-existent- I could feel the solid base underneath. They need replacing. I didn’t realise the property was on the flight path to Heathrow airport so woken up at 6am every morning with landing flights. Nothing that can be done about that but double glazing would have helped.

On arrival, staff were immediately friendly and welcoming. All facilities were explained and I felt like I was a VIP.
Service was exceptional.
I had no issues and no problems with the staff, the facilities, or service.

The purpose of my visit with my son was to attend the Six Nations Rugby match on 12 Feb 23 (England v Italy). As the accommodation was in Richmond, it was in an ideal location. All the staff we came into contact with were extremely polite and very helpful with anything that we required. All the food we tried (Breakfast and Lunch) was also extremely good and very nice.
Unfortunately the room didn’t live up to everything else. The room was quite tired with regards to missing handles of the bedroom furniture, headboards not in line with the beds, carper had stains on it near the waste paper bin. The bathroom floor was rippled and coming away from the floor itself and the extractor fan was filthy and clogged up with dust.

Nice room, great staff, very very helpful, fantastic breakfast, nice and quiet area, beautiful pub for a drink or lunch, WiFi worked well.
The beds were a little hard, mattress toppers or new mattresses would make the stay more enjoyable…

Area is very quite
Room was simple but clean
Could hear the people/kids next door (wall was a partition)
The mattresses were old spring mattresses.nit very comfortable.
The breakfast was only ok - low cost cereals and tea was poor.

The breakfast was fab and the staff and Landlady were so friendly. We were made to feel really welcome.
As for the location, it was great as not only did you have everything a stones throw away it was ideal to catch the tube to visit Kew Gardens.
No fan in the bedroom.

Big room, and big bathroom where shower worked excellent! (Not always the case in Britain!) Great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Main Street.
Wi-Fi did go off all the time. No fan in the room although it was rather hot.

Pat was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The people who run the pub were friendly, and I didn't have much to ask of them. I dined at the pub on the first evening and the meal was more than adequate - and too big for me to finish! There was a choice of three excellent real ales - this is in my book a big plus point.
The ensuite was so small that the washbasin was actually in the room - and there was nowhere to put toothbrush or toiletries. A simple glass shelf above the basin would have made a big improvement. The windows were not easy to open and it wasn't clear how safe it would be to do so. The bed was rather soft for me and the pillows very cheap and lacking in support. There were two armchairs, not very comfortable looking, in the room: both had only three legs and were fit for the scrapheap. Decent secondhand furniture is cheap and easy to acquire: the pub should do so ASAP. Quite small expenditure would make big improvements. Finally, you don't expect a lift in a pub, but they should make it clear at booking that you need to climb stairs. At 80, I can still manage them but not easily.
