The location, was ideal
The apartment was not clean, and the bed was extremely squeaky, even after they did the half stay clean the dust was still there ,and there was an odor from the curtains and furniture like it needed to be steam cleaned and washed, also the air vents in the bathroom doesn't work which makes the bathroom smell moldy

View over the beach and sound of the waves. View of sunset. Better view from restaurant- Table Mountain. Easy to reach Waterfront but quiet street and secure free parking under cover
Wanted to do some washing on arrival. No powder in starter pack and no shop. Frustrating.
Otherwise all good.

There is no indication of how far the walk is from reception/parking to apartment and from apartment to beach or pool. Definitely not a trip you can do with the elderly and still go sit by the pool or beach.

The location of this apartment is lovely. The view of the beach is breathtaking.
The apartment was not equipped for loadsheadding.
There was a miscommunication about the booking and we were not expected. The Lagoon Beach Hotel receptionist was incredible at assisting us with our dilemma. She did not have to assist at all as this is an apartment separate from the hotel.
The message should be announced clearer on Booking.com that this apartment is not part of the hotel.

Location is convenient, great view of the ocean and close to beach.
There where renovations going on and it was very noisy concrete drilling and hammer chipping during day time. Luckily we did not spend much time at the apartment this is really not what you want to hear during you holiday stay.

Everything about the apartment but most of all the beach front location.
That we didn't book more days🤣

I did not appreciate the fact that there was no basic cleaning supplies like Domestos to clean the toilet. When we enquired,we were told that it does not come standard.
Furthermore, when making the booking there a cleaning fee of R400,but according to the host the cleaning is not done during the stay,it is some after departure.

Place was cold, we enjoyed though. You need to add some extra blankets to cater for those who do not like cold weathers.
