They were no noise.
Breakfast was good.
The review was not bad.
It is close to town and main roads.
The room was clean on day one only, the rest of the day was not as good.
The pillows are a mess, they are like you are using rocks.
Bar fridge will make my stay superb.

Breakfast was excellent. I love the check out of 11:00am .helps one to relax and not be in an unnecessary hurry. Breakfast was served until 11:00 . The food served for breakfast were fine
.
I went for breakfast after 10:00, most of the food were not refilled. There was no bacon and bread for toast, no scones . There was only 1 lady doing omellete and eggs and we had to stand on the queue for more than 15 minutes. I didn't like that as all as we were very hungry. There were no staff to sit us down to offer us any filter coffee , I was with a 1 year old baby, they didn't offer us a feeding chair. It was difficult being on a table with a kid. The fish cakes were burnt and hard.

Breakfast was good
The dinner buffet was disappointing for the price. The quality was not up to standard.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast baffet was nice but only when it is not occupied with a lot of people.
There was no fridge or microwave, bath tap was leaking made the floor wet, TV does not cover all Dstv channels. Dinning area is too small to accommodate the accommodated clients.
10.0 / 10.0
The facility is not far from the airport so it is easily accessible. Affordable, friendly staff, clean big rooms, and the food is delicious. Lastly they have my favorite Dstv channels available which makes it homely as well
The rooms do not have a bar fridge? I mean why in 2024

Even though the weather was not perfect but the place is great
It's somehow situated in the awkward place and far from the beach

The location of the hotel is great. Convenient and close to the CBD with easy access from the highway and attractions around Cape Town such as the Waterfront.
The hotel is old and not well maintained. Carpets are old and smell damp. The breakfast is the same every single day, no effort to spice it up or add variety. That if you're lucky enough to get a seat as the dining area has the longest queues. Very inefficient.
The rooms are not cleaned daily until you ask or throw a tantrum. Very disappointing.

It’s slightly out dated. Could use some renovation and the rooms don’t have mini fridges.

Location was ok, not too far from city centre
Breakfast and supper buffet was extremely limited and runs out fast with no/slow refills. From the reviews i read it was always one thing that was good but looks like that has slipped now.

the location is good
some staff members are really good, but the lady chef In the kitchen make people feel like they are beggers.
I love the bar but they didn't have some of the Champagne, stock more variety
we wanted a family room as we had children, to our surprise its one room with two double beds. we are young parents.
the meals dinner buffet is quiet expensive and the food is not value for money.
there are carpets , these need to be changed as carpets has odour.
the hotel was full but they were painting corridor, what a wrong week to choose painting!
they do not have a shuttle, that they use. not everyone feel safe in uber.
the bathrooms steam have nowhere to go. there are no facilities to put bags on in the rooms
some staff members are really good, but the lady chef In the kitchen make people feel like they are beggers.

the view from my room on the 6th floor
that it was old and needed a lot of work done on it. my bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on! it only had a top sheet. it’s like someone made the bed and they realised that they didn’t have a fitted sheet and just used the top sheet as a fitted sheet. The bathroom- the shower in the bath, with the curtain that is basically on the toilet, it all felt very very uncomfortable.

Breakfast is good. Wifi is also good.
Light bulbs did not work and needed to be changed in the room.
Cleaning staff do not give you a break in the morning to clean your room. This is annoying considering you on holiday but have to rush to leave the room.
The hotel is very dated. No fridge in the room.
Not worth the price.

I was in CT for the Two Oceans race and the hotel accommodated the runners with an early breakfast which was appreciated
I have stayed previously at this hotel. The previous room had a larger doubel bed, not the cramped small double bed we had this time. There was only one bedsde table next to the bed so one of us had to put out stuff we normally keep next to our bed such as books, water, specs and cellphone on the floor. My wife and her friend , whom she invited to come over for coffee, wanted to have coffee on the terrace next to the pool and were told by the staff they dont serve on the terrace but would need to come inside if they wanted coffee. The hotel just gave the impression that it is more run down
